There is nothing quite like slipping into the dreamy coastal mindset while looking out to emerald blue waters, so make your way to Navarre Beach and live like a local in this fantastic studio. Each day will be filled with memories when you head out to get your fill of sandy toes on the beach, sweet sunshine beside the shared pool, and endless shopping and dining options within a short walk or drive from home base.



When you head back inside, the open layout is ideal for couples or a solo writers retreat. Watch your favorite movies and shows on the TV, surf the web for more fun activities using the free WiFi, or hop into the full kitchen and quickly whip up tasty meals using modern appliances and cookware. With a beautiful view of the sound, this condo is also a two-block walk to public beach access on the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy fishing from the private pier and swim in the calm waters of the sound. There is a fish cleaning station on the dock and a poolside laundry area for convenience.

Was a great stay for the weekend! The priperty had many amenities, a lot of which we didn't use. The location was great, with quick/easy access to many beach areas. Such a relaxing weekend with a gew teips to the nearby restaurants/bars. Already looking forward to the next trip to the area!!!

Overall the stay was nice. The room was clean. My only complaint really was the pullout sofa bed. It was not comfortable, but it’s a sofa bed. The property was accommodating. Very low key and peaceful.

Family Vacation

My husband and I traveled to this location with our daughter for a week long vacation at the beach. We LOVED the beach. We loved the price and reviews, but were not impressed on our arrival. The condo was not cleaned well. There were spots that were missed in several areas. The condo really needs an overall deep clean. Things like the outside of the refrigerator need wiped down, which I know don't really matter to most, but it was gross. We pulled the bed out for my daughter and there were spots on the mattress protector and food crumbs. That was totally unacceptable. The pull out is extremely uncomfortable. My husband watched a movie with her one evening and the whole thing flipped up. The stool in the kitchen was broke when we arrived and they came to get it when we got there, but never brought it back. Every shampoo, soap, and conditioner in the shower was empty. They made a huge deal in the book that they only provide what they 'give', but they gave nothing. The price is great, the room is small, but a great place to crash at night. It just needs some TLC and a good cleaning. It honestly needs better management. When I told them there was no soap, etc. They just said they would let the local management know and then there was crickets. I definitely prefer the locally owned VRBO instead of the big company owned spots like this one.

Amazing place for fishing

This is a great place to stay for two people. Although, the furniture was outdated, everything else was perfect. Its a wonderful getaway if you like to enjoy the beach. Beautiful doesn't define the area.

Nice getaway

The studio provided what we needed for the few days we stayed. Well equipped kitchen even though we did not use it. The pool area was nice and relaxing. Overall a good experience.

Nice location between Navarre and Pensacola

Loved the location very convenient to both Navarre and Pensacola Unit was clean and checked in easily. Unit was as described… small. It was just my husband and me so ok for 2. I know it says it sleeps 4 with sofa bed. Biggest complaint was an uncomfortable bed which is why I gave it a 4. Sofa bed bad too. Other than that overall good experience

Nice and relaxing place to stay! Loved eating dinner at the pavilion while watching the sunset whilenour kids fished from the dock! Thank you to the friendly staff that stayed in touch for the duration of our stay😚

Not bad but had issues

This little studio condo was pretty clean and not too small for what we needed. I like where this property is located on the sound and have stayed here before in other units. But warning to future guests - we had no Wi-Fi the entire time we were in the condo. I called the Vacasa number multiple times on multiple days and was told different information each time…reset the router, there was no issue reported, there was an outage in the area, a technician would contact us, etc. We looked it up and there was no outage in the area of the condo. And no one ever showed up to fix it or called us back. So we had no WiFi the entire stay. Generally I don’t mind that so much, but this was a work trip and had I known this ahead of time I would have stayed somewhere else as I needed WiFi to work and this made it impossible. It was mostly irritating that nobody seemed to care or want to help or fix it. It was very frustrating.
