Welcome to our stunning canal-front retreat in Navarre Beach, Florida! Our spacious and beautifully furnished vacation home is the perfect getaway for families and groups of up to 12 guests. With direct canal frontage and easy access to the public beaches with pristine white sands, you`ll experience the ultimate beachfront living.

The moment you step inside, you`ll be greeted by a bright and open living space, designed with comfort and relaxation in mind. The living room features plush seating, a large flat-screen TV, and a large sliding glass door that opens to the back deck showcasing the mesmerizing panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico and the canal. It`s the ideal spot to unwind after a day of sun-soaked adventures.

Our fully equipped galley kitchen is a culinary haven, complete with air fryer equipped double oven range, ample counter space, and all the cookware and utensils you`ll need to whip up delicious meals! Enjoy your culinary creations at the dining table or take advantage of the outdoor dining area on the back deck, where you can savor your meal while listening to the soothing sounds of the waves.

The master bedroom is a tranquil haven with a luxurious king-size bed and 42` TV. The second bedroom also features another king-sized bed and 42` TV. The third bedroom is equally inviting, with comfortable queen-size bed and 42` TV. The fourth bedroom is equipped as a bunk room providing ample sleeping for the whole family. The bunk room features two bunk beds, both full over twin, and additional couch. The bunk room also contains a separate 42` TV which allows guests to connect their personal gaming device to the TV after a long day at the beach!

Guest will have access to the entire house.

Whether you`re seeking relaxation or adventure, our serene waterside canal front retreat provides the perfect base for your dream vacation.

Our home has ample parking for all your extended family and friends. Our canal-front oasis also has plenty of footage for your watercraft trailers while they are tied to the our bulk head and you are enjoying our home.

Golf carts are allowed on the island and can be brought in or rented in the area. Observe all local laws and regulations while in the area.

Bicycles: Bringing your own bicycles or renting bicycles is a popular and convenient way to get around Navarre Beach. There are bike rental shops in the area where guests can easily pick up a bike and enjoy scenic rides along the beachfront or explore the local neighborhoods.

Navarre Beach is a relatively small and walkable community, making it easy to explore on foot. Many attractions, restaurants, and shops are within a comfortable walking distance. There is a dedicated paved/concrete walking path that runs parallel but a safe distance away from Gulf BLVD. allowing the family and kids to safely and easily traverse the island on foot or bike.
