The place was Just as advertised. Spacious balcony looking right at the Gulf. Easy walk to and from the beach, and had two chairs and an umbrella free for the duration of our stay. The house was well stocked with the essentials for cooking and cleaning, the ice maker was a huge benefit for topping off coolers to take to the pool or beach. The water was still chilly for our stay the first week of April but we were able to soak up plenty of sun and go on walks to the three restaurants close to the condo. We enjoyed it so much we booked an extra night while sitting on the beach our original last day. We will definitely be coming back to this property and Navarre beach!

Condo was very nice and found our stay very pleasurable. Premises were very well maintained and clean. Outside of property is individuals should educate themselves on procedures around beach seating as it’s a first come first serve with front row reserved for owners. Golf carts on premises are not allowed but honestly we did not need them as the few locations around Beach Colony were all within walking distance. To reinforce the accommodations were perfect and had no issues whatsoever. My wife who can be very picky was very happy with the condo. Some of the perks were additional ice machine, great balcony view, and overall cleanliness of the condo. Would recommend to all!

Perfect place to stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I loved 10B East. The condo was spotless and in a great location. The built in ice maker was definitely a nice bonus when going to the beach/pool everyday. After hours check-in was a breeze and the complex overall was great. I will definitely recommend Beach Colony and specifically the condo that we stayed in. This is the first condo complex we have stayed in with covered parking and that was a great bonus as well. Have to admit that the best food was off the island.

Beautiful Condo with direct views and access to the beach

Condo is absolutely amazing! 10th floor was somewhat inconvenient since only 1 elevator working while they install new ones. The small things like an ice maker along with a full one in the fridge was great! There was also plenty of beach towels, chairs etc if you don’t want to rent chairs. I’m somewhat OCD so I will say that housekeeping needs to clean the door frames to patio. It looks like greasy hands use it often.
