Enjoy the amazing view from this top floor unit at Sunset Harbor Palms. This beautiful condo is a great place to sit back and let all of your worries wash away. Enjoy watching the gorgeous sunsets from the spacious patio, dolphins playing in the Santa Rosa Sound or watching the fishermen reeling in their catches on the private fishing pier.

The Master Bedroom offers a large queen size bed and a gorgeous water view. The master bedroom also offers a private entrance to bathroom where a walk in shower waits. The spacious living room/dining room combo has a comfortable queen-sized murphy bed and a queen-sized sleeper sofa so everyone has their own space.

The dining room table with comfortable seating for four is not only a wonderful place to enjoy meals but also a great place to play a game of cards in the evening. There are two barstools at the kitchen bar as well. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare your family's favorite meals or a quick snack before heading to the community pool.

For convenience the condo has a washer and dryer in the unit and the complex offers an elevator nearby to help get your gear and your party to the 3rd floor. Condo offers a Keurig and regular basket style coffee maker.

Just steps from the emerald green waters and sugar white sands of Navarre Beach.

Our recent Stay

We have stayed in this property several times over the years. We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the unit. We always found it very clean during our previous visits. The mattress needs replacing, the living room furniture is tired and also needs replacing. Sadly, they are building a development next to the complex which will block the stunning views from the balcony.

The place was as advertised, Beach was beautiful, quiet and peaceful, and close by. The parking at the beach assigned entrances gets a bit hectic, so go early. Nice neighborhood, plenty of good eateries around. The pool was clean and the water was perfect. They have fishing on the premises and a nice gazebo for barbecueing.

Perfect Location

Good location and super easy check in. Floors were sandy when we got there, but easy to clean up. There are 2 extra beds but only 1 blanket so I would say they need to add 1 or renter's bring your own. Power went out last night but property manager handled, got in touch with power company and kept us informed of progress.

We really love this place but in the future would love a later checkout. Its so hard to get a family gone by that time. So instead of 10am lets do 12 at least. I mean check in is 5pm but thankfully we got to check in at 2 after a long drive. 😀

Wonderful Location and Stay (Visit #2)

This was our second stay at this wonderful condo. Things looked up from the beginning... Luckily, the condo was ready for us by 1:00pm (which was unexpected). All amenities were in place and the weather was fantastic. I swear this is the best condo to witness sunsets. We slept well every night after enjoying "the quiet" on the balcony. We plan to be back this fall.

Loved the location . Quiet and on a dead end . Fishing pier is nice just needed some more lighting around the property. Very dark to walk to the pier at night, Pool and restroom facilities very nice. There was no pool heater this time of year. Unit was very nice and equipped with everything you need in the kitchen. Back deck furniture was great. There needs to be more lighting in the bathroom. It is extremely dim. Condo needs a good cleaning, especially the bathroom area and windows. Bedspread and pillow covers smelled like BO, so I had to was those immediately . We still enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Just needs a really good deep cleaning and bedding needs to be changed or washed after each stay. Nice and roomy.

Our Navarre Beach Home

This was our 3rd stay at these condos. Proposal, Wedding, and 5-year anniversary stays. It is so quiet and family friendly. The condo's view was beautiful and we enjoyed the covered balcony so much! Staff was very attentive to an issue we had with shower and had it fixed right away. We will be back, Lord willing!

Great stay in Navarre

The condo was as advertised on VRBO. My husband and I plus our 10 yo grandson enjoyed the trip. The view from the balcony was absolutely gorgeous! Grandson and I liked being on the top/3rd floor. The condo was clean; the murphy bed was a real plus; good location; Santa Rosa Sound beach just outside the condo. My husband's first time in FL. He wanted to experience a Gulf storm, and he got to experience two even.

Wonderful Location and Stay

We wholly enjoyed our stay and hope to stay there again. The view is spectacular, and the amenities are comfortable. Unfortunately, we did not have WiFi Internet access the entire week which would have been helpful. Paradise Beach Homes did their best to correct but, the Internet service provider never got it corrected. In the long run, it was a small price to pay for such a wonderful condo.
