Family getaway

The property was a wonderful beach getaway. Everything was either a short walk or drive away from where we wanted to be. The house itself was perfect for our family’s stay.

Great location!

Can walk to the waters of Sound or to the Gulf! Condo was very comfortable and stocked well.

Okay.

This would be a good property for a family of 6-8 people, who want an adequate vacation unit. It sleeps 8. It was clean. It turned out to be the wrong fit for the 2 of us. We wanted something near the beach and with a pool, and we found this. There were a lot of things provided like dishes, towels, soap, etc., which was nice. And there were also sliding doors that didn't slide, outlets that didn't work, a mix of different tv's that we never did figure out. The top floor was way warmer than lower floors, so we barely used it. Overall a decent unit for a family, and we give it an average 3 stars out of 5. No need for the property manager to reply here.

Our review

We love saying at the yellow condos as we know thr location and the space. There isnt anything for the beach except a wagon and broken chairs so plan to bring your own stuff. The oven broke the first night and communicated with them right away. We had to keep asking about when it would be looked at. It was never fixed the 7 days we were there, they said they wouldnt fix until we left. We had to throw away all the food we bought that required the oven. Hope that nothing breaks while you are there as they wont work to have it fixed. We also found multiple cockroaches in the kitchen. The sliding back door needs some major WD40. We love the location and will be back next year but have booked other condos.

Plenty of space, great location

I would definitely recommend this space for a vacation. This was our first time traveling with our 15 month old and we are first time parents. Needless to say we forgot several things. I was so surprised and pleased to see that the beach condo had a baby gate and toys for my daughter to play with. It was stocked with beach towels, chairs, floaties and tubes for the beach. Two friends stayed with us and they were each able to have their own bedroom while we stayed upstairs in the master with our daughter. There was a lot with two more beds, but this is right outside of the master bedroom. Lots of space and a great place to stay!

Condo needs some small fixes but overall was a great place for our family vacation. Great location and enjoyed all the amenities.

Great stay

We had a great and relaxing stay for the July 4th extended weekend. The place was roomy and exactly like the pictures described. The location was great! A short drive or walk to many of the beautiful beaches. The dock led to beautiful pictures of sunsets over the sound. Thank you to Cheryl for offering her place for rental.

Location!

The location of this property was spot on. U are right across the street from the beach. The pool was awesome. The locals that live around were the best and did whatever they could to help make our stay even better. We really enjoyed ourselves. While a few things were out of sorts , the location and people we met helped to make up for it. There is a dock that goes from the pool straight out in the sound. It’s walking distance from the beach if you can stand about a 5 minute walk. The Navarre fishing pier is also right across the street.

Navarre beach vacation

Condo was great. Kitchen was well stocked... pool was nice. Some really nasty residents who were just rude to some renters at the pool. Would have liked to be closer to the beach... but condo beach!!

A few minor things, but overall great

My only complaint is that there were several light bulbs/light switches/wall outlets that did not work. This included the main light for the living area. We had to use the only two lamps available at night so that we had plenty of light to see. When we went to turn on one of these lamps, the plug outlet on the floor did not work. So then we only had one lamp. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely come back to this area.

Great location, wonderful amenities, definitely will recommend!

The townhouse was the best stocked place I’ve ever rented. Everything you need is there! The owner answered my numerous questions before we arrived, and the on-site property manager was fabulous and really helped us feel at home. We came to see family in the area and had plenty of space to host a lunch and dinner for them. We’ll definitely be back!

We totally enjoyed our house. We had everything we needed. It was home away from home. Perfect!

We loved having the beach within walking distance. The pool was wonderful. Our view was great. We walked to restaurants which were delicious. We highly recommend anyone to come and share this experience. We definitely will be back!

Relaxing

The town house was a great place to stay. When looking for a place to stay the option of having a grill was what sold us to this location. The first day we decided to grill and the grill did not work? It was late that evening and the contact person did what they could to resolve the problem. They reimbursed us for dinner for the night and the next day one of the neighbors came over and repaired the grill. The outside light on the deck did not work either. Everyone did what they could to make our stay enjoyable. If not for the 2 inconveniences the place was great. I would recommend it to others.

Awesome Spring Break

The unit was very clean and comfortable to stay even with very active 4 boys. We enjoyed the back patio for meals and relaxing. The grill was a great addition. Boys were so excited when they found out 2 Kayaks in the back porch. This unit provides virtually everything you need, beach towels, beach chair, umbrella, fishing poles, and even tennis racquets. The beds were comfortable and the location to the both beaches was great. Cheryl was real quick to respond to all the questions that I had. A great place and location, excellent management. Would love to come again.
