The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a private bath, and exclusive access to the upper deck with two lounge chairs, ideal for soaking in the magnificent views. Bedrooms two, three, and four each have a comfortable queen-size bed, ensuring restful nights for all guests. Additionally, the home includes a bunk area with a Full over Full bunk bed, making it suitable for accommodating 10 people.

The heart of the home is the gourmet kitchen, equipped with a professional gas stove, double oven, and a spacious island with bar stools. It’s fully set up for preparing delicious meals and entertaining family and friends. Absolutely fantastic house. Clean, perfect location, modern. All tvs were large and worked perfectly. Fully updated kitchen, bathrooms, etc. Honestly, there were no negatives. And the service from the property management company was excellent, unlike Vacasa and others. Thanks for a great week!!

Family Vacation

The place was beautiful and just as described. Great location. The distance from the hotels and condos meant we had our own little private section of the beach with no crowds. Bedrooms are well decorated and comfortable. Balconies on both floors allow for spectacular views. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, serving dishes, etc. The door handle was loose. A quick text and they had someone out to the house to fix it. The only negative was that the prior tenant had filled all the outside dumpsters. This meant our group had little to no place to put our trash until trash pickup later that week. My family really enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Lovely

Our group of four longtime friends from Meridian, MS, Auburn, AL and Tampa, FL came together for a fun, relaxing weekend. The house was lovely, the views are spectacular and the weather was perfect. The home was well appointed, clean and had all the conveniences we could have asked for. We loved everything about it and hope to visit again.

It was a great house, however it was difficult for older people to get to beach, would recommend walk way to beach. We wanted to play corn hole in back but we didn’t have access to the lights. Lots of stairs, no elevator, would not recommend for the elderly. No instructions on how to operate TV. Overall we had a great time and the views are gorgeous !!!!

Great House!

My family of six had a great time! Overall, we were very happy with the home. Yes, the sheets are very low quality and come off the beds. Sheets should be replaced. I would also add hair dryers and beach towels. We found the home clean, as described, plenty of towels and wash cloths, and the beach was very quiet and not at all crowded. No one was near us the entire stay!

A Lovely Property

Whispering Palms is stunning. The home is meticulously kept, spacious, and perfectly matched the listing photos. We spent a lot of time on the huge porches enjoying the unparalleled view. Overall, this house was incredible and we truly enjoyed our stay. Vacasa was also very helpful and responded promptly when we needed a new propane tank for the grill. A few constructive criticisms: (1) We noticed a number of reviews dating back many months that lodge complaints regarding ill-fitting sheets on the beds that easily pop off during the night. We hoped that after so many months and numerous reviews that raised this issue, the owners would've remedied it. However, it remained a problem for us as well. Given that we spent a lot of money to stay for a week, we thought it reasonable to expect appropriately fitting bedding. (2) The listing references that the home has a Ring doorbell, but does not mention the two additional cameras recording on the property, including one on the back porch. While we certainly understand the owner's interest in monitoring entry/exit points, we feel that the additional cameras should be disclosed--particularly the one on the back porch, where it is reasonable to expect private conversations to take place. Again, no issue with the cameras being there, we just think that it should be disclosed to guests. (3) As another listing noted, for the price, it would be nice for this home to have a wooden walkway to the beach. My older parents were there with us, and I expect they would've made the trip down to the water more frequently had they not had to traverse the sand dune to get there. Ultimately, this is a lovely home that exceeded our expectations. You will not be disappointed by the quality of the accommodations, and the views and location cannot be beat.

Family Fun/ For The Most Part

When we arrived at the house the first thing that caught my attention was the hood by the stove, someone had written wash me, I took a picture of it and washed it, it was disgusting!!!!! I would change the cleaning crew because it was cleaner when we left!!! Other then that we had a nice time. We won’t be back though, not to this house anyway! When you have a house of 12 people and only provide 2 chairs and 1 umbrella you might also rethink that. Also the bedroom closest to the kitchen you might want to fix the broken door handle that was like that when we got there, could not utilize it to got outside.

Great house

We had a great time on our vacation! The house is great and just like the listing shows. There were a few things that could have been improved. We had to clean out both downstairs sinks and tubs due to the amount of hair and stuff clogging them. The upstairs shower was also very slow to drain. The floors were not as clean as I would have liked for them to be, but we managed. Having an extra couch in the sitting area or more comfortable chairs would be a suggestion. Overall this is a great house to stay in. Beautiful view out of every window and close to everything. We loved our stay.

New but Bright

Nice property but know that the house is full of solar skylights that light up your rooms at night. One bedroom had solar light right over bed snd was impossible to sleep. Maintenance came the following day snd figured out how to take the solar light out. You have no option for darkness should you require that to sleep. The house itself is lovely with a beautiful kitchen, great bathrooms and nice view.

The house is beautiful and the patio areas are very nice. Views from every room. Our toddler hated the sand (go figure) so we loved the huge patio deck. Because it is surrounded by other houses rather than larger condos, the beach was not crowded. Some points of feedback - The place appeared very clean, but there was a nipple pasty left on the floor and the couch had some stains/dingy spots (white is just hard). We weren’t able to get the WiFi to show up as an option, we only saw the owner accounts. Wasn’t a huge deal for us so we didn’t try too hard. There is lots of construction nearby so it’s a little loud and there were several rusty screws/nails around on the lower level concrete area near the outdoor shower and sand immediately off the stairs.

Beautiful views!

The home was beautiful and you can't beat the seaside location. A few small snafus (as the property had literally been sold the day we arrived) but Vacasa was very helpful. Love the app and the key code check in process. Hope to be back visiting Navarre Beach soon!

Relaxing Family Getaway

The house was every bit as beautiful as the pictures. Great quiet location on the beach, almost like having a whole beach to yourself. There was a good assortment of cookware, which worked out for eating in. The outdoor dining table was great for every meal of the day. The home also had a nice collection of sand toys for the kids and a wagon for carrying items up and down to the beach. There were only four of us, but the house would work well for extended families or a multifamily stay. We would definitely recommend this home and Navarre Beach for anyone looking for a quiet relaxing vacation on the gulf. Thanks so much for a great stay!
