Soaring ceilings, and tasteful decors give this property an upscale, airy feel, which flows freely throughout the living and kitchen area’s open floor plan. The living room is large with 2 couches situated in front of a 60” flat-screen TV. The updated kitchen is open up directly to the living room, allowing conversation to flow easily amongst your entire travel party, even as you prepare home-cooked meals - you’ll have all the appliances needed to bring your family favorites to life! In the mornings, sip your coffee by the private pool. During the evening, take a refreshing dip or utilize the grill in the screened in patio. To cap off the evening, wine and dine with your companions as the sun sets. Throughout the 3 bedrooms, comfy beds await you at the end of eventful days, sleeping a total of 9 guests with ease!

Guests will have access to all areas of the property other than locked storage closets for supplies, etc.

THE LOCATION -- This home provides easy access to endless activities in every direction! Just minutes away, you’ll find Navarre Beach, where you can go swimming or try any of the many delicious, top-rated restaurants. Since these are situated so close, you won’t even have to fight the traffic of Navarre Beach Bridge! The golfers of the group should be sure to check out Hidden Creek Golf Course, perhaps while the kids are visiting the Gulf Breeze Zoo, which is located just outside of the neighborhood!

POLICIES -- Absolutely No smoking - No pets allowed (due to pet allergies). No events, parties or large gatherings. $1000 fine if it's discovered you brought pets. $500 fine for smoking on the property outdoors and $2,000 fine plus actual remediation costs for smoking inside. In either case your stay will be cancelled, and you will have to leave the property immediately.

This is a quiet residential neighborhood. It is very important that you keep outside noise down from 9pm to 7am per city ordinance. Also, our sensitive neighbors will not tolerate unreasonable noise. No dance club volume level music ever.

THINGS TO KNOW:
Pools, and steps/stairs present an inherent danger. You are accepting full responsibility for the safety of renting parties and all guests; and agreeing to supervise children to ensure their safety. KIDS MUST BE SUPERVISED ALL THE TIME IN THE POOL AREAS. Owners assume no responsibility for any accident or injury, or damage to or loss of personal property.

We are careful with Florida pest control issues, but a critter or insect may appear at times. We do have a contract with professional pest control company, but it is important to remember that the hot and humid weather keeps bugs active all the time.
Florida black bears occupied all of the Florida mainland. It can provide unique and rewarding experiences! The best way to enjoy our wildlife is to keep them wild and away from food sources like garbage and bird seed.

PARKING NOTES: Private driveway holds 4 vehicles comfortably. No garage parking and no street parking. Also, no parking on the lawn due to sprinkler system.
