This single-story, fully updated home is designed for comfort and relaxation. The open-concept living area features a Smart TV and a comfortable queen-size Murphy bed, providing additional sleeping space while still allowing the room to function as a living area during the day.

The modern, fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, which can be enjoyed in the dining area.

The highlight is the private, fully fenced backyard featuring:
• A large, screened-in heated pool
• A covered patio with an outdoor grill for outdoor dining
• A fire pit for evening gatherings

Sleeping Arrangements

The home comfortably sleeps 9 guests and can accommodate up to 11 guests when using two additional rollaway guest beds.

• Bedroom 2: Queen bed (sleeps 2)
• Bedroom 3: Bunk bed – Full on bottom, Twin on top (sleeps up to 3)
• Living Area: Queen Murphy bed (sleeps 2)
• Additional Sleeping: Two twin rollaway guest beds available for larger groups (sleeps 2)

The bunk bed can accommodate up to three children, or one adult on the full bed and one child on the twin.

GUEST ACCESS:

Guests will have complete and private access to the entire property. This includes:

• The private, fully fenced backyard with the screened-in pool, patio, grill and fire pit.
• A 2-car garage for private parking and additional free parking on the driveway.
• Beach gear including chairs, an umbrella, and a beach cart.

Please take a moment to review these important details for your stay:
• Pool Heating: The private pool is heated for your enjoyment from February 26th through December 15th. Please be aware that the pool heater is turned off and unavailable during the winter months of December 16-31, January, and February 1-25.
• Bunk Bed Occupancy: The bunk bed is ideal for children and can sleep three (full bed on the bottom, twin on top). For adults, only the bottom full bed is suitable, comfortably sleeping one adult.
