The Space:

Located directly on the beach, Summerwind 402 offers ultimate relaxation from the moment you enter, with direct Gulf-front views of the crystal-clear waters. With tasteful decor, nice plantation shutters on windows and all the amenities needed for a picturesque beach vacation, you will easily fall in love with this condo. Upon entering, you will find the guest bedroom on your left, boasting a welcoming atmosphere and a TV. The guest bedroom leads into the guest bathroom, which features a single vanity and tub/shower combination. Across the hall is the separate bunk area, which includes a TV, ideal for children. Take advantage of a full-size washer/dryer, allowing you to pack light and leave plenty of room for souvenirs. Down the hall, you will find the dining area and living room, leading directly onto the spacious balcony which offers those sought-after views of the Gulf of Mexico. The well-equipped kitchen boasts gorgeous stainless steel appliances along with all utensils and appliances needed to create your own meals for your loved ones while on vacation. Perch at the breakfast bar, then gather for mealtime at the dining table.

Wonderful place to stay. My second time staying here. Beautiful so beautiful. Lots of room very spacious. Got in late had a bit of confusion getting in but the host was wondiand and helped us. They have changed a few features since I was last there so make sure you pay attention to your emails. The packet is no longer in the condo for you,you have to pick it up before you go to your condo. So please be sure to read your emails.

had so much trouble with the internet...... couldn't get to work... had the property people come out and somewhat fix it .... I had to watch TV and movies n my phone at night. Ugh! otherwise trip was good. place was well stocked ..... Needed more toilet paper 1 roll per bathroom.... REALLY ?

Couldn't be more pleased

Everything about this stay was perfect. Location was breathtaking, comfortable, great communication, very clean. The only issue I had was the keypad needing 10 digits, but once I got used to it, that wasn't bad either.

We loved this place. We felt very safe because of the codes needed to enter. Right on the beach and having the chairs and umbrella was a plus. And the heated pool was nice.

Wonderful spot in Navarre Beach with a kill-joy for a security guard and other not so lovely things…

I will need more characters and an opportunity to load photos/videos. But between the security guard who met everyone with contempt due to his background in corrections and the cockroach infested kitchen, we will not be back. Such a shame for such a beautiful place. While the discount due to construction was a perk, it was not worth the security guard issues nor the cockroach infested room. We were all grossed out and ready to leave. We will try somewhere else in hopes of actually enjoying “Florida’s most relaxing place”. Navarre Beach was stunning and beautiful, just not here.

Beautiful October Week

We had a beautiful October week in Navarre. Vrbo was so easy to deal with and will absolutely go through them again. Our Condo was great. The Location is Awesome and the View is Breathtaking. Beds are super great and size of bedrooms and bathrooms are wonderful. Our Condo was in an HOA managed Property and has great Security. If you rent there YOU have to have wristbands to be on the Property. Vacasa did not have them in the room for us. I called them about this and was told "Just tell them You are renting from Vacasa and its ok for you to be there. " NOT-Security checked my sister and I as we came off the beach on the 2nd day there. He was doing his job and when I told him what I was told. He advised us to go to the HOA Office or we needed to VACATE the property. Called Vacasa and was told they would look into it and call me back. Got home yesterday and still waiting for them to call. Also told them that we had a few little bugs in our condo because another condo close to us had been sprayed and I was making them aware of it but, no one came to spray, by the checkout day we had BUGS. Fall Beach Lover

Good location, but expect less from the room

We had a great time at this condo, but I do want others to realize what they are getting into. The furniture is incredibly outdated, there was an inch of dust covering several items, and the showers had issues with the faucet running while you showered. The worst part being the questionable black spots on the ceiling, were they mold or dirt? I guess I'll never know. Dont get me wrong we used it, it was a good room but in the future I will probably pay more for a better room.
