The house has three bedrooms: one with a double bed and two with two single beds each. Each bedroom has a private bathroom equipped with a hairdryer, towels, and other essentials. There is also an extra guest bathroom.



Located at 610 meters above sea level in the municipality of Navès, Solsonès region, province of Lleida, the area remains uncrowded and lets you enjoy fresh air and nature.



The region combines culture, history, and natural beauty, perfect for those seeking an authentic and relaxing experience in the heart of Catalonia. Major cities in the area are easily accessible from the property.



The water is drinkable and filtered but contains saline derivatives; we recommend bringing bottled water if preferred.



The barbecue cannot be used on very hot days or when there is a fire risk; please check availability. Only charcoal may be used for the barbecue. Fireworks or anything that could cause sparks and fires are not allowed. Smokers are asked not to throw cigarette butts on the ground to prevent fires.



Pets are allowed on request, except breeds considered dangerous.



Check-in is not permitted for guests under 25. Parties are strictly prohibited. This property is ideal for families. A tourist tax applies.
