”Apartment was clean, bright and lovely to stay in for 8 nights. The owner is great and helped us a lot. The room gets cleaned every day, we got fresh towels, coffee pods, shower gel. It’s 10 min walk to the beach, which was great. There’s a few restaurants and cafes close by. There’s no public transport or taxis local, one bus that’s irregularly runs, so best to rent a car and get around. ”

When we raised this, they explained we got what we paid for and should have booked directly on their website, which felt misleading. The listing mentioned a Nespresso machine, but it was communal, old, and malfunctioning. Additionally, the people hanging out at the entrance (likely family of the owner) were loud, playing cards, and while this isn’t inherently bad, it didn’t reflect...

”Undeniably beautiful spot. Great rooms and views. Wonderful hosts. However, they seem to have cut corners on construction. Several door handles and things were loose. One sliding door lock feel off while I was there. Bathroom smelled a bit like sewage or back in to lock the door at night”

”We stayed at the hotel just before the start of the season. In fact, we were the only guests for the first two days. I can't speak of what happens during the peak season, but it was the best place we have ever stayed at so far. The room was exceptionally clean and fully renovated with modern amenities; the staff was great and very attentive. Breakfast was excellent and varied every day. WiFi Internet was fast and stable.
