”The property is smelly, not clean at all. The propery got bed bugs. It was biting to me, my kids. Downstairs rooms are very smelly. The stairs are not safe for kids. Not suitable for kids to stay. Never go back again. I have complained about bedbugs and they try to get GBP 200 extra from me for cleaning. There is no free parking space. I have contacted to the host for parking option and he never answer back.”

”Loved it!! It was just right for the two of us. Check in was a breeze. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything that we needed. The grocery store next door was great! Denis and Anegrete were wonderful hosts. I’m definitely coming back!”

”This property is clean, quiet and very convenient. The neighborhood seemed pretty safe, but like any big city, keep your eyes open. I highly recommend this property to families that need space to spread out. Things to know… there are many stairs. There is a suite on the main level, but the other 3 rooms are either upstairs or in the basement… just something to be aware of if you have mobility issues. If we are able to go back to Paris, we would absolutely stay there again.”

”This was a work/family vacation and the property was perfectly situated for this. It was literally steps from the Line 1 Metro and in a wonderful neighborhood with some really nice restaurants. We had breakfast every morning at Gustave’s and were treated like locals. The host Terry was absolutely wonderful to work with and he shared his knowledge of the neighborhood. We would be happy to stay here again the next time we come to Paris.”

”We stayed at the apartment to attend the Paris 2024 Olympic Games. It was an ideal base for us to travel to various events in and around Paris, there were 2 Metro stations close by. We also found many good restaurants in the area. Communication from our Vrbo host (Lory) prior to the visit was excellent providing good and timely advice on the best way to travel from the airport and railway stations. She ensured someone met us at the apartment to provide detailed information on the...

”We were really surprised by how big and attractive the house is. It was very comfortable for 9 of us, and we enjoyed having dinners in the shaded garden. The hosts were helpful and friendly and the area is very nice too!”

”What an awesome location. Easy walk to the Eiffel Tower and all kinds of restaurants. Metro stations all around to get you to other landmarks in the city.There were seven of us travelling together and this really met our needs for sleeping spaces and room to relax in the living/dining space.Kitchen and main bathroom are more than adequate and everything seems recently updated. The owner was quick to reply to questions via email and offer up suggestions. Very helpful before and during our stay.”

"Sijainti oli loistava ja siintä oli helppo siirtyä kaupungille. Marketit lähellä, henkilökunta ystävällistä, sisään- ja uloskirjaus sujui joutuisasti. Huone hieman nuhruinen, wc.een lattia laatoista osa oli melkein irti saumauksista, tiskikone ei pessyt astioita ja lopulta päädyimme käsitiskiin. Ihmettelimme kun roskiksia ei tyhjennetty koko reissumme aikana kunnes huomasimme käytävällä roskahuoneen jonne itse saimme vietyä roskat. Kokonaisuudessa kuitenkin hyvä majoituspaikka. "

"Hotel was in great location. Metro, bus, taxi was all near and easy to use and many tourist place was walkind distance. Hotel was quiet, room was clean, but bit small. Well, if you come to Paris, you not in the room very much. But it was so silent, I love it. Even we had window little open, there was no noice on the street in night time. "
