”Clean, refurbished, nice rooms with easy, convenient parking. Plenty of restaurants and shopping a short drive away. Staff was friendly and helpful. Coffee in the room would be nice.”

”Very friendly people at the front desk. Very sweet woman who managed the breakfast buffet. She and the front desk gentleman made sure our coffee was hot.
Our room was on the second floor, per request, so we could see ships in the Locks. This was our second stay there and I'd stay again. The room was clean. The TV wasn't working right when we first got there but they immediately fixed the issue.”

”My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary recently. The hotel and casino itself was very clean and the staff were very helpful which we appreciate it greatly. We had a brand new renovated room that was fantastic and had a great view and we give that 5 out of 5 stars. The Black Rock restaurant was also amazing and I had the best steak in my life. However overall we would give our experience a four out of five star rating due to the parking lot which has a ton of pot holes in it and those...
