”The hotel was right off I90. I booked the room through Expedia a few months ago. The only thing I didn't like was, a few days before we left for our trip, I got an email saying parking was an additional $28 a night. That should have been added to the cost when I booked or should have been known ahead of time. The staff was friendly. They have an all you can eat breakfast for $20 a day, which was great. The pool was heated. Housekeepers clean your room everyday. The Social bar that is attached,...

”The rooms are clean and comfortable. But communication is poor. I booked a room through Expedia and selected a room with photos of a king bed and pullout couch. When I arrived, I was told that my room only had the king bed and was asked if I wanted to upgrade. I asked to change to a room with either 2 queens or a king with a pullout couch. Then they told me they were at capacity and had no other rooms, but they could make the change if I came back the next day. This same conversation happened...

”I stay at this hotel often. Expedia has a great breakfast Boucher in the amount of $56. The restaurant downstairs says that is open from 7 AM to 11 AM for breakfast. This past weekend I went downstairs at 7:30 the person at the restaurant entrance said the chef has not arrived that he is late and that will call my room when he arrives. This is now the third time that this has happened where the chef is not there at 7 AM. The food is excellent. ”

”Room just average, cheap furniture. NO microwave or mini fridge. Asked for extra blanket; took 4 hours. Check-in at 4p.m. Had to speak to 4 people before I could check-in, just 1 hour early. Huge buffet breakfast but cost is $19, (Doe not come with room) It was ok for my 1 night stay but I would not return for a longer stay.”

”We've stayed here on a number of occasions visiting our Northeastern Student. This time was simply to visit the Museum of Fine Arts and the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum. Location is great. Walkable to a couple of restaurants. Above normal continental breakfast in the morning. Limited parking on the ground floor (you need to have your room key to access BEFORE you try to enter or you'll get stuck on a very steep incline with not many options to back out.
