”Staff were excellent. Sent a text every day to see what we needed. Very clean, free laundry washers, homemade cookies every day. Indoor, outdoor pools and hot tube.”

”If it’s hot don’t stay. Tents are practically unusable in the day if the temperature is over 90. Breakfast doesn’t start until 7 sunrise in the summer is usually 5:30. You can hear everyone next to you at night. Staff were friendly and great to enact with.”

”My wife and I are in our late 60s and enjoyed the property proximity to Mt Rushmore. The location was quiet and well kept. A few things were troubling. We were assigned a room on the 2nd floor but there are no elevators and the hotel buildings are located on hilly propertyaking it challenging to carry luggage up. The air conditioner was a bit loud and the shower was a bit weak. The free breakfast was good but when the coffee ran out, the staff seemed irritated and lackadasical in their response...

”Minimal parking, can't lock deadbolts when you leave the room. I was charged by Expedia for this stay The girl then charged me when I checked in, she said she'd reverse it and it's still not reversed and now I see TWO MORE charges from them after check out. Can't get ahold of the property. Bad customer service all around.”

”The property is conveniently located in Keystone so you are close to several attractions in the Black Hills. The hotel is within walking distance of several restaurants and shops. It is nestled into the mountains giving it a woodsy feel. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the pool/hot tub.”

”The location was great. The front desk clerk was quick once she got to the desk. Breakfast was the typical eggs, sausage, waffles, etc. The hot tub was nice and warm. Unfortunately, the room did not cool off with the a/c running. The hallways were extremely warm. Light was coming in under the door and beside the door. The curtains were not fully attached at the top of the window so a lot of light was coming in through them. There was also quite a bit of noise through the night and early...
