”The best thing about this property is the amazing staff. They are the absolute best, must friendly hotel staff I have ever encountered. Breakfast could be better but it is okay. The wonderful hospitality makes up for the mediocre breakfast. I mean it’s complimentary so… Thanks Microtel for hiring such great staff”

”The room was clean and comfortable. The staff very personable and helpful. Breakfast was usual, fresh and plentiful. Parking very easy and convenient.”

”The room was pretty clean but had a slight sewage smell and rust on the bathroom door frame. Breakfast was not great for me. I asked if they had any gluten free options and the girl just said no. Other hotels in the past had frozen muffins and individual yogurts. Also the side door we used never locked... anyone could just walk in without using a key card.”

”The hotel was being updated/remodeled while we were there, but the staff and workers did everything they could to limit the exposure to the work being done. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the morning breakfast items were in good supply.”

”Your breakfast hostess on Saturday morning was rude and ignorant to the guests. It was pretty busy because it was the NFL draft weekend. The person working the front desk brought the breakfast hostess a coffee drink that had been purchased elsewhere (which was fine). However, the hostess slurped the whipped cream from her drink then took her cup to the kitchen, took a can of whipped topping used for the waffles from the refrigerator, stuck it into the bubble top lid on her coffee and filled it....

”Small older hotel... Only the basics here... Room had fridge coffee maker microwave and TV... Mattress was very comfortable... Had my service dog with me and even though I should not be paying a pet fee for my service dog the person at the front desk insisted that I had to...”
