The more I travel, the more I realize that one person's pros are another's cons, so here's a list of what my husband and I experienced. This was our 6th time to Jamaica, our 4th to Negil/7 Mile Beach. -Spacious room with AC, kitchenette, a selection of kitchenware, beach towels, TV -Clean, quiet beach area with more than enough beach loungers. Cushions/umbrellas/plastic tables are free for guests. -Excursion groups arrive around noon to enjoy the beach and leave by evening. -Many of the rooms are rented to Jamaican security, not tourists. -Many opportunities for water sports along the beach. -Limited shops/restaurants due to large all-inclusive resorts on either side. -Fewer beach vendors than the south end. -One trial-size shampoo, lotion, 2 soaps, and 2 rolls of TP provided. If you want more, you have to ask. -Shared outdoor seating on metal chairs and tables. -Road noise which can be drowned out with ceiling fan/AC. -Good food at the restaurant. Service was average to inattentive depending on who was working. -Responsive e-mail communication. -Coffee is $5/mug. No refills unless eating breakfast in the restaurant. -The room is cleaned daily but the sheets are not changed.

The Boardwalk Village is a cute little hideaway in a great location. The rooms are nicely appointed. I one hiccup, but they quickly addressed it. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would not hesitate visiting again.

This property is right on the beach. The on site restaurant bar had a nice variety for breakfast lunch and dinner. They offer a shuttle service for an additional fee. The property is on 7 mile beach. Staff was very friendly, approachable, and attentive.

Great place to stay for the price!
Love this place! I feel like you get to experience more of the culture. The hospitality staff was very attentive. The rates are reasonable too. The hotel looks exactly like the pictures on the site.The one thing that I wasn't happy with was the shower. The pressure was a bit low and the water never got hot.

Everyone was really friendly and made us feel welcomed. They were so nice to our kids. The rooms were really clean and well kept. The hotel taxi drivers were great. We had everything we needed. Just be prepared to wait a bit for your food.

Very cute little resort with easy access to the beach from the rooms. Food in the restaurant was great, service was slow. Overall nice and quiet when we were there except for some late night repairs being done outside out room and also it is close to the main road so you hear occasional loud engines.

Amazing!
Well we chose the broadwalk as we had visited her 7 years ago and ate daily breakfast and lunch here. Also this place is well known for their lobster.the food is amazing and well priced. The lobster is to die for…. The accommodation was beautiful, clean and all staff where professional and welcoming. Really lovely environment. We will definitely go back. Thank you to Elaine and all of the staff that made our stay enjoyable 🤗

Everyone from check in and cleaning was very friendly. The property is nice and in an excellent location. The food seemed a little watered down for Jamaican style but still good. I would stay again.

Awesome service, they reopened the kitchen when our flight was delayed 3 hours. Excellent Jerk Chucken with Fries and of course a couple of Red Stripes! Very friendly! Hats off to Gavin for him treating us "like family"

Beach chill vibe
Elaine, the front desk lady was amazing. Rooms are clean and spacious. The veranda was perfect for hanging out at night. Wifi was surprisingly very fast. As for the hotel resto, don't go there when you're super hungry. It takes them 40 mins to an hour to cook your food. I don't understand what took them so long to toast bread and fry eggs and bacon. They don't seem to be understaffed when we stayed there.

One of our favorite places we've stayed. Small property with clean, cute cottage type rooms. We stayed for 9 days. The property is great and the staff is amazing!! Will be back!

Little gem
Beautiful beach location to relax for a few days. It's quite far from other other beach hotels/bars located down 7 mile beach towards Negril town if you want a bit of variety but it was a gorgeous walk along the beach to reach them. Staff were great and the entire establishment was maintained to a high standard

The rooms had names instead of numbers. I just loved security guard was the best he got to know the guest. Beach so close and everyone was great. One of the most pretty little place you could stay. I would stay there in the future

We arrived on Christmas Day and every staff member we met at Boardwalk Village was super helpful and more than willing to help us with any questions we had. The property is right on the beach and the room was nice for the night we needed it. The A/C was cold, the water was hot, and the room was clean. Again, can’t say enough about the staff there. Super friendly.
