”This hotel is located near the main plaza, yet in a quiet area. Everything was good, but the highlight of our stay was Gabriela at the front desk—she was truly the heart of this hotel. Kind, attentive, and always eager to help, she assisted us with everything we needed. The only downside was the breakfast buffet. ”Hotelli on parhaat päivänsä nähnyt, mutta henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällinen. Sijainti on loistava: Keskusaukion ”takakulmassa”. Aamiainen ok. Huone oli parhaat päivänsä nähnyt. Huone oli jotenkin keskellä rakennusta, ikkuna oli toiselle käytävälle. Yksi kolmesta sängystä oli huono.”

”We spend three days in Puno and Titicaca Lake. The location of the hotel is best in town at Plaza de Armas. Good hotel, which is really worth money spent. We can highly recommend it. Good breakfast included.”
