”There was a smell in the main floor and the pool was all cloudy and didn’t look to be cared for.”

”The staff went out of their way to help. There was a gentleman at the front desk who stopped what he was doing to bring a chair outside for me so I could sit in the Sun!! The gentleman running the dining area was always cleaning and so friendly. He was helpful and always smiling. I forgot their names, but not them. Little things lie this people remember. Thanks for making my stay that much better”

”There was a one inch hole in the ceiling above the shower. The air conditioner didn't work in 90° weather. Had this not been a late check in I would have turned around and walked away. Also, if you list one of your amenities as a "free breakfast" one should at least expect a continental style with maybe some fruit, muffins, yogurt, coffee, etc. When I asked about breakfast, the night clerk said it would be in the check in building...he even showed me the counter that looked like a simple food...

”The rooms have been renovated and they smell clean. Even the hallway carpet is new. The motel is much better than two years ago.”

”The room and the entire facility was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. There was a patio area next to a water fall that was relaxing and where you could have your breakfast and a cup of coffee that was extremely nice. Would highly recommend this place and we plan on staying there again in the future.”

”I am accustomed to having a deposit put on my credit card when I check in & then being charged the full amount at the end of the stay. When I checked in, the full amount was charged to my credit card. I went to my room and it was difficult to open the door, which was because the room had been broken into, the door jam was bent, and appeared to have been pounded back onto place with a hammer. There was a plumbing tool, typically referred to as a "snake" used to clear the drains when there is a...

”The parking lot had pot holes to avoid. Other than that, the room 149 was clean and the heat a~c was very clean. Great bed n shower. Seemed safe but not a lot of guests..maybe because breakfast was not offered. Price for me with Hotel site was $58.00 So ok but the pool not open. Agood night's rest for sure. Pleasant evening clerk, although morning person could have attended to his hair. But he was very pleasant. A busy highway intersection with 76 entrance blocked. Good Waze gps around...

”Worst room I have ever been in. Holes in the wall. The curtains sagged badly. Beds were dirty and did not seem to have .mattresses. The tub was frightening with blood on the bottom. Obviously, nothing had been cleaned. We left at 5am. STAY AWAY.”

”The room had 2 Q beds, as requested. The room was not ready, so we had to wait, though check in time was supposed to be 3 pm. There was only 1 chair. The toilet was low, with nothing to grab onto. The bathroom door was also the closet door, which slid to one side or the other. The shower was fine, with plenty of towels. The room had no safe, though the front desk had safety boxes, I think…which we did not use. Breakfasts were fine. We will choose a different place next time.”
