Rome Ranch Retreat – Golf+Lake+Pool+ATV+Dog

Escape to our spacious Ranch Retreat, nestled in the town of Rome, in central WI. Located on the ATV trail, we are just minutes from beautiful Lake Arrowhead (boat launches, beaches, golf courses and 2 heated swimming pools), and just 6 miles to Sand Valley Golf Resort.

Whether you’re here for outdoor adventure, fun at the lake, golf, or simply to unwind in nature, this Ranch Retreat offers everything you need for an unforgettable stay.

Our fully-furnished home is dog-friendly, and equipped with everything you need for your getaway including 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open-concept living/dining/kitchen area, brand new appliances throughout, a rec/game room with a video game console with 500 games, and an attached garage full of equipment for your outdoor activities.

Stepping outside, you’ll appreciate the privacy this home offers on over an acre lot. You can enjoy your coffee on the large covered porch, fire up the gas grill for a delicious meal on the deck, play disc golf/other activities in the yard, relax in a hammock, or curl up around a cozy campfire under the stars (firewood and marshmallow roasters provided).

Guests will have access to the entire house except for two locked storage areas (1 in the main floor hall and 1 in the basement).

There is a double wide driveway with access to attached 2-car garage (with garage door opener provided for use during stay.)

A guest pass is included upon request and is required to use Lake Arrowhead’s private beaches, boat launch, swimming pools (open from Memorial Day to Labor Day), pickleball, tennis, and basketball courts.

IMPORTANT: The guest pass must be requested prior to check-in. Passes need to be picked up at the club house located at 1195 Apache Ln Nekoosa, WI 54457.

When making your reservation, please book for the actual number of people & pets that will be staying at the home. Bringing in additional pets or people beyond the reservation count may be considered a breach of the listing agreement, and unfortunately, we may need to cancel the stay. The Town of Rome also caps the number of cars in the driveway to 4 vehicles.
