”The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were greeted at check-in and when we told the clerk that we had a dog she gave us a large dog treat for him. She seemed almost excited that our dog was staying there. The last hotel we stayed at the day before made it seem like the dog was unwelcome. We discovered a bed bug crawling on our infant during the night and had photo evidence of the bug and blood stains on the sheets. Management denied the incident, refused to take responsibility, and blocked our refund request through Expedia. Disgusting environment and the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Avoid this hotel.”
