Winter is the prime season at Wintergreen due to its popular ski resort. During winter, the best part of this condo is that you can hit the slopes without having to drive or take a shuttle. Wintergreen offers plenty of activities and entertainment options for guests of all ages, from skiing and snowboarding to golfing and hiking. There are also many great restaurants, shops, and attractions to explore in the area. Don't miss out on the chance to experience Wintergreen in comfort and style. During winter Chair lift and tubing tickets sell out quickly! We recommend buying tickets before you arrive. You’ll find links at wintergreen resort. You may need to reserve ski rentals ahead of time, also (you can rent them from The Ski Barn which is located at the intersection of Rt. 151 and Rt. 664, at the bottom of the mountain.

Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the entire property, ensuring complete privacy and freedom during their stay. Ample parking space is available in a private area. Guests will receive the door code 24 hours prior to their scheduled check-in.

During the summer, you will have access to the Chestnut Springs Pool on the mountain and the Rodes Farm Pool down in the valley. Upon entering the home, you're welcomed by the first floor, boasting a room furnished with two bunk beds, making it ideal for hosting larger groups or families. A conveniently located bathroom in the hallway ensures comfort for all guests. The entertainment room is well-equipped with a foosball table, wet bar, beverage fridge, television, and video games. This room caters to the entertainment needs of those of every age. The standout feature of the first level is undoubtedly the 6-person Finlandia steam sauna. The steam sauna offers a perfect retreat to unwind and relax after a day filled with outdoor activities.

Transitioning to the second floor, you'll encounter an expansive living room area with a television and charming fireplace, setting a cozy, and inviting ambiance. This space seamlessly flows into a stunning kitchen equipped with a gas range, wine cooler, and dishwasher. Flowing from the kitchen is a dining table comfortably accommodating up to eight individuals, alongside a kitchen counter table for an additional four guests. Step outside onto the deck, providing an ideal setting for afternoon grilling and quality time with loved ones. Additionally, the second floor boasts a queen bedroom with a convenient half bathroom. What makes this room exceptional is the sliding door offering direct access to a luxurious jacuzzi. Open the door and indulge in a soothing soak while relishing the breathtaking views. An additional full bathroom is conveniently situated in the hallway next to the laundry room.

Ascending to the third floor reveals the master bedroom, serving as a serene retreat. This expansive room features a luxurious king-size bed and a spa-like ensuite bathroom. The bathroom is equipped with a soaking bathtub, double vanity, and spacious walk-in shower, offering an ideal space for relaxation and rejuvenation. Adjacent to the master is an additional bedroom with a king-size bed and unique view of the treetops from the attached solarium seating area. The recessed, solarium seating area includes a single day bed and convertible chair which can sleep an additional two guests.

The home is approximately 2 hours from Richmond and 3 hours from Washington, D.C., making it a convenient weekend or holiday escape.

During the winter season, road conditions in the mountains can change quickly — we recommend 4WD or AWD vehicles for safe travel in snowy or icy conditions. Once inside the resort, all main roads are maintained, making access smooth year-round.

1. Wi-Fi: you will have access to a high-speed Wi-Fi connection, we understand this is essential for many guests who need to stay connected to work, family, or friends.
2. Level 2 EV Charging: We provide a NEMA 14-50 outlet for level 2 charging. Bring your own charging cable to plug in and charge up your vehicle during your stay.
3. Bedding and linens: we will provide fresh, clean bedding and linens for a comfortable night's sleep.
4. Toiletries: we take care of basic toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and toilet paper so you don't have to worry about bringing these items themselves.
5. Towels: we will provide towels and a hair dryer during your stay.
6. Kitchen essentials: for your convenience we will provide basic cooking supplies like pots and pans, utensils, plates, and glasses. Also, basic spices like salt, pepper, and cooking oil.
