  • Sijainti - Mirage tarjoaa korkeatasoisen hollantilaisen rannan turmeltumattomien vesien yläpuolella ja tarjoaa vertaansa vailla olevat näkymät Port Stephensiin. Pidä se rentoutuneena ja suunna suoraan alla olevaan rannalle, tunnetuksi rauhallisesta, puhtaasta vedestään ja loistavasta paikasta aamuuinnille. Se tarjoaa ilmaisen grillausmahdollisuuden, mukavuuksien esteen ja lasten leikkipaikan pohjoiseen.  Kiinteistön takana on ruohoinen lasku sekä pääsy polulle, joka johtaa suosittuun "suitsetielle", joka hameuttaa lahden. Suuntaa tätä tietä kohti Nelson Bayn kyläkylää noin 2 km: n päässä kahviloista ja ravintoloista joko CBD: ssä tai venesatamassa. 

    Kaksikerroksinen sijainti - näkymä suositulle hollantilaiselle rannalle, Mirage tarjoaa modernia avointa oleskelua, josta on upeat näkymät useimmista ikkunoista. Jaettu järjestelmän ilmastointilaite pitää sinut viileänä kesällä ja lämpimänä talvella. Olohuoneessa on kaksi x 2-paikkaista oleskelutilaa, 36 tuuman taulutelevisio, Foxtel, DVD, CD-soitin, ruokapöytä ja tuolit. Liukuisasta lasiovesta pääsee omalle parvekkeelle, jossa on ulkokäyttö, ja siinä on sähköinen BBQ, jolla on kauniit näkymät sataman poikki. Upouusi keittiö on täysin varustettu ja siinä on ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistettu astianpesukone, mikroaaltouuni, liesi, mikroaaltouuni ja vakiokokoinen jääkaappi / pakastin.

    Päämakuuhuoneessa on queen-size-vuode, yöpöydät, peilattu sisäänrakennettu kaapu, pieni taulutelevisio, vesinäkymät ja oma kylpyhuone, jossa on lasisuihku, alaosa, wc ja kulma-poreamme kylpyammeella. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on kaksi sänkyä, yöp��ytä, vaatekaappi ja oma kylpyhuone suihkulla, alaosa ja wc. Siellä on sisäisiä pyykinpesumahdollisuuksia, kuten ylimääräinen pesukone ja kuivausrumpu. Tämä ominaisuus tarjoaa myös autokatostilan yhdelle ajoneuvolle ja pääsy tietyille portaille kaksipuoleiselle sivulle.

Proximity to beaches, shops, restaurants and activities. House was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed (except washing machine powder - which is minor). We loved our stay and would stay again.

A beautiful property with a beautiful setting. The rooms are spacious and clean. The floor to ceiling windows all around made the water views fantastic while trees around the property ensured a privacy and wonderful bird calls. We loved the property very much. The only downside were that the portable fan in one bedroom and some of the wardrobe drawers were dusty, and that the towels smelled musty. We hope these two will be improved by our next visit.

Quiet retreat…

Outstanding property which exactly met our expectations. Pleasantly quiet and private, no traffic sounds, just the sounds from beach and trees. Only drawback would be those with mobility issues as there are stairs to negotiate to the entry. Nice place that I’m sure we’ll return to.

The views from every room were lovely. However, the bedrooms require ceiling fans as they can get very warm. Also, guests need to be able to get up and down the stairs leading to the property. Otherwise, the property was well-equipped.

Great Location, not very clean

Property was in a fantastic location, walking distance to the beach. Unfortunately it wasn’t very clean. The unit was covered in dust, hair, bugs/ants and there were stains on the bedding. Balcony hadn’t been cleaned as there was food on the floor from previous guests. Dryer is broken (doesn’t stay on). Wouldn’t return due to cleanliness.

Tired property with fantastic view

Great location with awesome view. Very basic property as it looked tired with old furniture's. Guests are required to do their own bed. Foxtel connection was not active. Over rated.

Nice Stay in nice apartment.

Well located apartment with great sea views. Quiet neigbourhood with access to local beach and walking track with 10-15 minutes to Nelson Bay shops. Basic kitchen setup but no cooking oven. Contract Cleaners need a reminder to address issues like cleaning of the balcony floor and spa bath which had residue hair left from previous occupants. TV remote in bedroom had no batteries and it would be nice to leave a can of fly spray in the flat as mozzies are an issue. Otherwise all good ..... recommended.

A short break at Dutchies Beach

Mirage is the ideal place for a relaxing break up in Port Stephens. Lovely, clean and a wonderful, calm ambience. Perfect balcony to sit with a wine and watch the sun set over the bay and be entertained by the lorikeets, kookaburras, cockatoos and many more. Short cut to the beach via stairs not far from the apartment or a walk to Nelson Bay for a coffee. We loved our stay and hope to return in the year ahead. Tony and Barb Moffatt

The property had a great view BUT not clean.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property had a great view and the bed was comfy. But the price was to high due to the property not being clean. Spider webs on furniture and I had to wipe over the bedside tables and lamps before even making the bed. Some Glasses in the cupboard not washed or rinsed still having red wine in them.I washed all the things I used in the kitchen before we used them.I would think that the owners of this property would not be happy as the up stairs property looked spotless.I would only recommend this property if it was clean.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cleaners need to pay more attention on cleaning. small cockroaches, ants and web found inside the house.Rent a bit high (but that I have agreed),Good location except a few council trees were blocking the Waterview which was very disappointing. Rest of the things were great. Enjoyed the whole time

Property was in a great spot.great views. It wasn’t clean very well all the glass looked dirty l had to clean most of the dishes we used and the coffee machine had old pods in it. Also had to clean the balcony the floor dirty. I also feel that the beds should be made up. Some of the mattress protectors were stained. The tea towel to new couldn’t dry dishes well. Should provide more dishwasher powder and detergent and soap. We have stayed at many places and this one wasn’t good at all, for the price you pay. Very disappointed. Thank you Regards Mrs Lam

Amazing water views from every room. Large spa bath was lovely. plenty of birds to watch and listen to, over all we had a relaxing stay.

Amazing

The pictures do not do this place justice. The view from the balcony is amazing. It's a short stroll through the bush to the beach. Everything you need is there. The beds were comfy, the spa was fantastic and the neighbours friendly. The location is close to everything. Kookaburras like to pay a visit. And because the beach is so close, at night you can hear the water lapping. It makes for a very peaceful night's sleep. Overall, a fantastic place to stay. Highly recommended.
