Overview

Villa Maya is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, luxury villa in Cyprus, specifically, the sought-after traditional village of Neo Chorio. The village is home to 3 local tavernas boasting traditional Cyprus dishes and a local shop. The heated pool is now available for year-round pool use. (Subject to additional charge) and features large walk-in roman steps providing easy access and additional seating.

Perfectly suited for couples and small families Villa Maya leaves no space wasted with a unique 3 story design. The ground floor includes the outdoor space, swimming pool, third bedroom, and mature landscaped gardens. The second floor features the living, dining, and kitchen areas along with a separate WC. Finally, the third floor houses two bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms and private balconies boasting stunning panoramic sea and mountain views.

Living Area

The comfy living space is spacious and features a 32” flat-screen TV with UKTV and fast Wi-Fi internet. There are two 3-seater sofas with an additional pouf and a separate armchair. The living room has large windows and patio doors creating a cool, bright, and airy place to relax. The patio doors open to a large outdoor terrace overlooking the swimming pool and gardens and includes a large dining table with seating for 6-people.

Kitchen

The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with everything required for family catering. Appliances include; washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, and toaster. There is also an indoor dining area with seating for 4-people.

The large 9m x 4.5m outdoor pool boasts large walk-in roman steps for easy exit and entry and also provides a fantastic place to sit and relax. Pool heating is available on request and ensures you can make the most of the pool no matter when you are visiting Cyprus.

Surrounding the pool is the patio and outdoor space filled with mature landscaped gardens. There are 6 sunbeds, 2 parasols, and a dedicated private parking bay.
