âWe spent a long weekend in Madrid and we were very pleased with the hotel. Service was outstanding and the location of the hotel was superb. The rooms (we had two) were really nice and roomy (especially for an European hotel).â
âThe rooms were beautiful and there was a functional kitchen and washer/dryer. Only downsides were: (1) kitchen lacked some cookware items that would have been helpful to have (ie there was no cookware that could be used in oven in our unit); (2) the combo washer/dryer was standard troublesome. This are incredibly picky criticisms and are of at outweighed by the surprise perks (fully decked out gym and this is great quality and value for what we paid.â

âTotem is a were nice hotel with friendly staff and great location. Metro station is just one block away. I really can recommend it. Only disappointment was the breakfast. Hotel should really change the breakfast concept. It was included to my room price but it was so frustrating that I used it only two times during my four night stay.â

"It felt like a great combination of renting an apartment and living in a hotel. We had a nice kitchen with basic equipment, enough space for a family of tree and everything was very clean. The service was excellent! We arrived late and hungry and the receptionist recommended us a great restaurants nearby and would have booked us a table too. We enjoyed our stay a lot! "
"when booking the room information said that there was air conditioning, but there was not. The room was really hot, even if we switched the heating first to minimum and then completely off. You could only sleep when we moved the beds to the front of the window and opened the window. Respa ignored our complaint, they just asked us to adjust the heating ourselves. There was a night club next door, so we couldn't sleep much during our vacation when we had to keep the window open.
The quality of cleaning was not good. On a couple of occasions, towels had also been left unbrought. General facilities worn out, e.g. holes in the walls. When taking a short shower, the water flowed into the hall. Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Breakfast was the only decent thing.
