”This is a wonderful property to stay in while birdwatching at Huguenot Memorial Park. After a long day of hiking and birding the room was cozy, clean, and comfortable. Did not feel like going out so I was able to utilize the kitchen. Watched the sunset and the sunrise from the dock right on the river. I have already recommended it to friends!”

”Beautifully appointed, very "of the moment" design wise, really lovely carriage home. It's small, but expertly designed. Donny was responsive and helpful when needed. Great neighborhood within walking distance of shops in a beautiful part of Jax. The only issue (and it's a tough one to get right because it's such a personal preference) is that the pillows were not firm and a bit lumpy - for my taste. But everything else about the stay made up for it. We would definitely stay here again.”

”When I contact the host on the checkin details 2 hours before the checkin time, she told me the property was doubled rented and left me with no place to stay.”
