The villa is rented as two units, with an upper and a lower part available.



Street parking is available. Events are not permitted, and the property is designed for relaxing holidays in a peaceful residential area, making it unsuitable for parties. Groups of young people under 25 years old are not accepted. Local activities include water sports, trail running, horse riding, e-bike and bike rentals, and golf.
