Tämä huoneisto kunnostettiin kokonaan vuonna 2011 uuden keittiön, kylpyhuoneen ja terassin saamiseksi. Koko huoneistossa on ilmastointi, jota huoltaa kolikkomittari, joten maksat siitä vain jos haluat. Koko huoneisto on juuri maalattu ja siinä on hyvälaatuiset ruokailuvälineet, astiat, liinavaatteet jne. Siellä on astianpesukone, pesukone, mikroaaltouuni ja jääkaappipakastin. Terassi on ollut uusittu, ja siellä on moderneja terassikalusteita, mukaan lukien 2 aurinkotuoleja ja kaasugrilli. Huoneisto on tilava ja hyvin varustettu upealla näköalalla merelle ja Burriana Beachille makuuhuoneesta, olohuoneesta ja etelään päin olevalta terassilta. Capistrano Playa -kompleksi on hyvässä kunnossa ja sisältää kaksi uima-allasta, ravintola, baari, koristejärvi ja trooppiset puutarhat. This was our second stay in John's property. We love it. Both the apartment and the complex are immaculately kept and cared for. The sea views from the terrace are what brought us back. The terrace itself is very spacious so you can spend days there lounging In the sun. We had great views of the fireworks the night of the San Juan festival.The facilities in the apartment are second to none and the recent upgrades really do make this feel like a home from home, we particularly appreciated the addition of the air fryer! I would definitely recommend this property, either for a base to explore or for a beach holiday. There are numerous supermarkets nearby and you can walk into the old town of Nerja, but would caution there are steep hills.We had a rental car for our stay and used the parking garage which was great for keeping the car out of the sun.Overall, we had a wonderful two weeks, very relaxing and would definitely stay here again.

Stunning views, lots of steps…!!

The view from the terrace was perfect, the beach and pool were great…once we had found our way there and back! Felt like we should have left a breadcrumb trail, so many little stairwells to choose from! The apartment was clean and well-equipped but you definitely need a certain level of fitness get the most out of Nerja!

When we arrived, the place was crawling with ants, literally in every room. When we called the property manager, she was rude and asked if we did not have ants in our country. Was told to go get some bug spray. The owner of the property did apologize. After going and buying bug spray and treating the apartment, we were able to enjoy it. The view was exceptional.

New Year Trip to Nerja

This superbly equipped apartment is on a very attractive and peaceful development. The balcony offers a great view of the sea and is a highlight of the accommodation. From the main bedroom you can hear the sea so it's very relaxing. It is close to bars and restaurants and is about half an hour walk to Nerja old town- although this does involve a steepish climb up from Burriana beach. There is only one supermarket within walking distance that we could find and it's pretty expensive. If we came again we'd probably hire a car as the apartment is located on a development with many steps and was a bit of a walk with cases from the bus station. That said, the apartment was so nice we stayed there a lot of the time, particularly as the weather was beautiful and the terrace is in full sun, making it the perfect location for sunbathing. We'd have no hesitation in recommending the apartment and would love to return some day.

Family Vacation

This property is nestled into a dramatic escarpment, framed by the Sierra Nevada. The view from the balcony of both the sea and tranquil pool was stunning. The gardens are beautiful and fragrant. The villa had everything you would need for your stay and was all on one level. Charming décor and relaxing beach vibe. I would highly recommend this property and will definitely be back!

Perfect for a Quiet Break

The apartment and complex are the perfect place for a quiet getaway. The apartment is well presented, clean and nice and spacious. The terrace is excellent with fantastic sea views and plenty of space for dining and lounging in the sun. The photographs on the listing don't do it justice. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend the accommodation. Dealing with John was a pleasure and communication was excellent.

Sunshine and the sound of the waves

Super apartment. Amazing development. Loved the design. The terrace is a stand out attraction. I could stare at that sea all day and never see the same shade of blue. The view changes as the day progresses. Great location for the beach, with bars and restaurants close by. Pool access included too, perfect for the evening swim before dinner. Access via motorway from Malaga in less than 1 hour was a dream. No issues parking. Great supermarket only up the lane. Nerja is just a lovely seaside town with a homely character. I felt settled and relaxed. I would return. the whole family agreed it was exactly what we needed. Good Tv when you want to relax and watch sky sports. Internet was fast. The gardens and whole estate are well maintained by a team who work tirelessly. Impressed. Only 2 things to point out… 1. the steps are many and frequent on the way to the beach …but it suited us fine. We got down in minutes and back up in only slightly more time. There’s a lift to the parking area but I enjoyed walking the different paths and steps that crisscrossed the development. 2. Sorry but the pics on Vrbo don’t quite do it justice. It felt bigger than it appeared in the pictures. Good value. Thanks to John and Isabel …both were helpful and responsive.

Great view

We spent six wonderful weeks in this apartment (mid Feb. to end March 2023). What we liked very much: the apartment being situated in the centre of this outstanding residential complex; the beautiful view and the surroundings with lovely garden; the large terrace; the TV with so many channels; the first class wifi; the modern, well equipped kitchen; the nice little round table in front of the main window to have breakfast in the morning sun; the good bathroom with plenty of hot water and enough storage space; the good bed in the main sleeping room. We recommend this apartment to everybody who likes beauty and can manage the stairs down to the beach. Thank you John for your kindness and good cooperation. We hope to be able to come back next year.

Wonderful view

Had a great 2 weeks staying at this apartment. Stunning views from the balcony overlooking Burriana beach. Apartment was well equipped so that we didn't have to eat out every night. Lovely and spacious with good WiFi and british TV channels. Bars, great restaurants and the beach down the steps. Nerja 30 mins walk away and good supermarket 15 mins walk away.

Great Apartment, Excellent Location

We really enjoyed our stay at Johns apartment. The apartment was really clean and had great views. The balcony is fantastic. Its large with a seating area and loungers which can be in the sun or shade. John is a great communicator and responds quickly to any queries. Hopefully we will return again in the future.
