This three-story townhouse is located in the peaceful Punta Lara development, providing a quiet setting.



Enjoy 2 comfortable bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a bathtub. The property features a fully equipped private kitchen and a living-dining area on the first floor. Bedrooms and bathroom are on the second floor, while the terraces are on the third. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi for video calls, air conditioning in the main bedroom, second bedroom, and living-dining area, private TV, washing machine, private barbecue, cot and high chair (both available on request). The house offers mountain views and is close to the beach.



Relax in the communal outdoor pool, located 400 meters from the house. The pool is usually open from June to September (please confirm opening dates). The tranquil Punta Lara neighborhood ensures a peaceful stay.
