We are sorry that you did not like one of our rooms.The room with romantic pack (including champagne and chocolates) is the option you chose, but we have never compensated you for it, it is included for everyone. The room is very bright and has a private Andalusian patio outside with table and chairs and a large umbrella (if it were a cave, why the umbrella?).Also has a shower and a hydromassage bathtubThank you.
