Welcome to this wonderful, two-bedroom villa in Nerja on the Costa del Sol in the fantastically picturesque, Urbanizacion Casablanca. Perfect for families with children or those looking for a relaxing holiday. Walking distance to town and beach but still incredibly open and peaceful!



This beautiful Self-Catering Villa with air-conditioning has a fabulous community Pool and Gardens. The villa is located in an urbanización inspired by Andalucia's Moroccan connection with spires, cast iron details and beautiful green areas including a boules court and a beautiful pool area. It’s a 10-minute walk to the sea and natural beach, Playa Playazo. If you wish to walk into Nerja town (25 min.) we recommend walking along the kilometer-long Playa Playazo beach. If you do not want to eat in Nerja, there are two restaurants in the area and another 5 nice eateries about a 10-minute walk from the house. This is an ideal family accommodation for up to 5 persons.



Facilities:



This beautiful Moorish style villa is on the wonderful Casablanca Nerja Urbanisation in Punta Lara, Costa Del Sol. In addition, the accommodation is on 3 levels, with a large main terrace, a balcony off the master bedroom and a roof terrace on 2 levels.



Kitchen:



A separate kitchen just off the living area is fully equipped with everything you would need for a short or long term stay including dishwasher, fridge /freezer, microwave, electric cooker and washing machine.



Bedrooms:



The villa has two bedrooms one with its own balcony and a large king-size bed, one with two twin beds. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and one equipped with a bathtub/shower.



Lounge/dining room:



The lounge has a sofa group, dining area, fireplace, Internet TV with Chromecast and exit to the largest terrace with beautiful sea and mountain views. It is also equipped with free high-speed wifi internet that is capable of carrying a streaming service such as Netflix.



Terrace and roof terraces:



Guests in this Casablanca villa can choose to relax and soak up the sun on the large first floor terrace, the second floor south-facing terrace or the roof terraces. The roof terrace is on 2 levels enjoying 360 degree panoramic and stunning views of Playazo Beach, the blue Mediterranean Sea, the amazing mountain range and Nerja town.



Extra Facilities in the Casablanca Nerja Villa:



Terrace furniture is provided on all levels: dining table, sofa group, sun loungers

All linens and towels (except beach towels) are provided.

The villa is equipped with washing machine and Ironing-board.

Air conditioning, which doubles up as heating for the cooler winter nights, is also provided at no extra cost.

If you hire a car, parking is available right outside the property.

Car hire, scooter hire and airport pickup can be arranged at extra costs.

Note: The house is animal and smoke free!



Community Pool:



This Casablanca Nerja villa has a fabulous pool right around the corner. Open from April to November 1, the pool is solely for the residents on this small urbanization and is never crowded making it an ideal location for taking the Costa Del Sol sun. (Entrance is via a door code provided upon arrival.)



Beach:



The nearest beach the natural Playa Playazo. Playa Playazo links directly to the beautiful Playa Torrecilla and Nerja town. It is a beautiful 20-minute stroll along the water’s edge. It is approximately a 5-minute walk from the beach where there are restaurants and water sports.
