Villa Marta Nerja - Three Bedroom Villa, Sleeps 6

Villa Marta Nerja is a spacious villa located in the beautiful town of Nerja. With three bedrooms, it can accommodate up to six guests. One of the bedrooms has an ensuite shower room, while there is another shower room for the other guests to use. The villa also features a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay. The lounge area is perfect for relaxing and dining, and there is also a table tennis table and a brick-built BBQ outside for some fun in the sun.

Mobility statement - This villa is in the mountains, within a hilly/mountainous area. To access the villa there is a path which is 95cm wide alongside 3 steps. The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 95cm wide. The terrace is relatively flat and tiled. There are 3 steps down from the covered terrace to the poolside, and 1 step up to the BBQ area. There is also a small lip around the edge of the pool, whilst the pool itself has ladder access. There are no bedrooms or bathrooms on the ground floor. There's 17 steps to the first floor, where all bedroom doors are 70cm wide, and the bathroom doors are 60cm wide.
