Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and air conditioning in every room. Baby equipment can be hired and is available for an extra fee. The living room has 1 sofa bed for 1 person. The property is spread over 3 levels.



The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with a large pool, a garden, upper and lower terraces, garden furniture, sunbeds, a balcony off the main bedroom with table and chairs, and a small barbecue. Walking or driving distance to the nearest restaurant is 5 minutes, and to the nearest supermarket is 4 minutes. Walking distance to the beach is less than 15 minutes downhill. Nerja Playa Burriana is nearby.



Towels and bed linen are included. Air conditioning is available for an extra fee. The swimming pool is generally not catered for use in winter months. Due to recent heavy rain in the south of Spain during January and February, the pool surface was damaged and is currently undergoing cosmetic repair, resulting in the pool being emptied for the repair to take place.
