”Hotel is excellent our suite was big with balcony, clean, nice and roomy. Hotel is in the center of Odessa near everything. Ladies in the reception were very helpful, they speak good English. Hotel is next to Opera house, most beautiful inside. If you want to see inside, book a ticket for a play, it's worth for every cents. ”Had an apartment with a balcony. Got towels, slippers etc only upon request the following morning after arrival. When arrived no information was given by the receptionist (only cash or credit payment she asked). The cleaning lady as well as the day shift receptionist were friendly and helpful. Room: no reading lamp in the bedroom, very small bathroom where the shower water was leeking to the floor. Small and old towels and as kitchen stuff there were two glasses and some old plates only....

”Property is set in a secure compound, with cafe's, shops and a drycleaner/laundry (not related to the hotel). Staff speak English, getting into the hotel requires a secure key from Reception. Make sure you have their phone number because the hotel is on the second floor and the security officer at the entrance is not authorized to use the lift to allow you to go up to the floor.
