”There was 5 rooms booked for a conference all individually. The rooms were good size, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast room was small but adequate for our needs. It was very clean and staff kept up with making sure there was food in the warming trays . All in all a very pleasant few days and would recommend anyone to stay there.”

”Staff entered my room while my belongings were still inside, removed my items, placed them into bags, and gave the room away. I had spoken with the front desk earlier that morning, and after a long workday I came back to find my room no longer available and my belongings handled by staff.
This was unacceptable and extremely frustrating. A hotel should not remove a guest’s personal property and give away the room without properly resolving the situation first. I would not stay here again.”

”This place offered the best budget-quality ratio. We stayed for a basketball tournament and the staff could not help the kids running up and down the hallways and banging on doors but tried their very best to keep the chaos under control.
Ms. Diane at check-in is so sweet and pleasant. I had issues with the virtual check-in and her customer service was excellent. For additional room items like extra towels or toilet paper, you text their number and we got our items right away.
