âBooked a king room. Got there and the room was upstairs, but I can't do stairs because of a prosthetic leg, so they gave us a dbl queen (downstairs) because they don't have an elevator. Then there were small bugs in the room and at the entrance doors, the caulking in the tub area was horrible, cracking and not well maintained. The guy was nice, but the property was definitely going downhill. Next time I'll pay the additional $100 (double of this) to stay at one of the casinos. Food there was...

âGlad I was able to book so quick since the Fitz casino and hotel didnât advertise 21 and older to stay on their Expedia listing and I had to find a place on short notice while still getting a reasonable price and close to the area. Enjoyed the pull-out double sofa bed, it was soft and provided adequate the extra sleeping space needed.Front desk staff were so nice during check-in and check-out and provided linen needed for pull-out sofa bed without any hesitation after we checked in.
