This condo is just steps from the beach! The village of Neskowin has a couple of eating options within walking distance, along with a small trading store for necessities. Head over to the Neskowin Beach Golf Course, which is also a short walk away, and get in a round of golf. Pacific City is a short drive to the North and Lincoln City is a short drive to the south where you can find more dining options, shopping, and necessities.

Amazing location!

Could not ask for a better view! Close to Lincoln City. Nice size condo but definitely needs some TLC. Very clean but desperately needs and peeling wallpapper removed in most rooms. Kitchen is well equiped, but it would be nice to know there is no Keruig just an old coffee maker. Nice big area for your dog.

Picture perfect Ocean Views

Had a wonderful experience at this condo. Needed to get away and unwind by the ocean with my mom, sister and niece. Plenty of space for all. Loved the deck as you could just sit and watch the waves for hours. Also loved all the windows as it rained 3 of the 4 days we were there but we were able to see the ocean and enjoy a fire in fireplace during the storm. Vacasa was great for making it easy to check in and out via text . They even let us know we could check in a little early since the condo was ready sooner. The only thing that would have been better would be able to use the TV in the master bedroom. All in all a nice place to spend time on the Oregon Coast. Can’t wait to go again!

Condo needs improvements

Parts of condo in disrepair & falling apart. For how much they charge there was no working tv in master bedroom. Why even have a tv in master bedroom if it doesn’t work?! Whoever owns condo needs to put some money into maintenance & amenities.

Don’t bother

Don’t be fooled into thinking any previous reviews have caused any updates on this property. The fans have dust and rust and you can’t use them, the blue couch is a safety hazard, if sit down like you normally would you hit a bar in the back. It should be thrown out. Bring your own linens if you do brave it, the linens are gross and all the blankets have rips. The tv in the king bedroom is pointless, it’s not connected to cable and it’s not a smart tv. This place is such a great location it’s really too bad the owners don’t care to do proper upkeep.

I will not leave a review here, I don't want to leave something so negative on a public forum. But this unit should probably be removed from the rental pool until it has been gutted and redone. At a minimum there should be a statement letting people know that this unit is in need of major repairs.

Neglected

This space feels like the owners left in 1985 and, while visitors/maids come and go, nothing has really been upgraded or maintained since. Over three decades of dirt, grease, and grime is deeply rooted into the stained rug, ripped furniture and sofa pillows, and don’t even get me started on the recliner…🤢 There are several places where the paint is peeling, and the wallpaper is pulling back. There is mildew on the shower ceiling, and lots of rust throughout. The dishwasher is held in place by duct tape. The carpet smells funky (covered up by Fabreeze) and has dark stains over most of the living room. The living room furniture is well broken in (to the point of uncomfortable). The kitchen faucet sounds like it is on its last legs (faucets shouldn’t groan and squeak) and leaks like a sieve if not shut off in the correct position. Now for the Pros: Master bed is comfortable (but very firm), kitchen is well stocked, the view/location is stellar, and the neighborhood is quiet. I would not stay here again. If the owners invested a little money and time into this place it could be amazing.

Excellent view of the ocean. Very clean apartment. Our pug puppies loved their stay. Advise to future visitors-Bring your own food to eat. Poor nearby restaurant food.

We had a great stay at the property. Although it rained the whole time, we spent a lot of time on the beach walking. We had great family time playing games in the evening that were supplied by the property. Good times!!

Beautiful ocean view

The location is lovely, so close to the ocean. Listening to the waves at night was wonderful. The wood fire place was great and the kitchen is well stocked with just about anything you’d need. The bathroom walls are peeling and the pleather couches get cold. Could use a little maintenance but overall a good spot with an amazing view.

Great view and quiet neighborhood!

This property needs some work. Wallpaper is peeling in every room, cabinets are chipped a little paint would go a long way. Dishes were chipped. Living room chair is pretty beat up. Dishwasher leaves a huge gap under the counter and allows quite a draft from the outside. Box fan in the master bedroom is very rusted I wouldn’t use it and it’s ugly to look at. Medicine cabinet in bathroom is rusty. A little TLC wouldn’t hurt. The wood burning fireplace is amazing and the view is spectacular! We would book this again.

Good view of ocean! Short walk to beach. Some of the furniture is in need of replacement. Some upgrades should be done to unit. I thought it was a little more expensive than it should have been.

Property was as described, and had every amenity that we needed. It would not have mattered if something was lackingWould have loved to be able to barbecue on site, but apparently against condominium rules to have gas BBQs.

The location and view were outstanding. Easy beach access is a very short walk away. This is a quiet area in a quiet town on a quiet beach - perfect for us. The condo was well equipped and comfortable.

Great Location

It was a great location. It was a end unit. So, you had great views from all the windows. The unit itself needs major renovations. The pillows were not comfortable at all. I would stay again even in the condition of the unit because of it location and views.
