    The Space:

    Oceanview Neskowin condo puts you right on the beach and in the middle of the action. With easy access, golfing just a short walk away, and the beach in your backyard, you may never want to leave.



    Step outside and feel the sand squish between your toes, or take a stroll to enjoy local attractions, activities, and dining options.



    Sea views and crashing waves will welcome you into your beachfront escape. Kick back on the couch and flip through the cable channels, or make it a movie night with a DVD on the flatscreen HDTV.



    Connect to the WiFi to send off that last work email. Lounge on your private patio with a nice glass or wine while you watch the waves roll in.



    The fully equipped, galley-style kitchen will make cooking a breeze. Keep everyone fueled up and on the go with the electric range, toaster, and coffee maker. Let the dishwasher do the clean up while you head back out onto the patio to enjoy the sunset.



    This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo can easily play host to up to seven guests and two canine companions. In the master bedroom you'll find a soft king-size bed, patio access, and en suite bath. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed along with a twin-size bed for more sleeping options. If you need more space there is a sofabed available as well.



    Grab your clubs and make the quick one-block walk to the picturesque Neskowin Golf Course. Designed to highlight the beauty of the coast, this course offers nine holes and gives golfers the chance to drive the fairways and navigate the green all while in the shadow of the Pacific Ocean. Treat everyone to a night out at the Beach Club Bistro for a decadent meal that will please everyone's palate. As you revel in your dinner, plan your day trip to Lincoln City just 10 miles away.

Beautiful location

Condo was in a beautiful location with gorgeous views. Very clean. The furniture was a little older and sheets were worn out. But over all a great place to stay.

Great Location and had a great time

Enjoyed sitting on the back patio, watching the sun go down. The little towns along the coast were fun to explore.

Can't beat this location right off the beach. Nothing fancy but very adequate. Wish there were some blackout curtains in the bedrooms but small issue for a nice place. Thanks for the visit!

Very Cute and Comfortable Condo

Hands down fabulous view!! Condo was clean and well stocked for our girls weekend. Really convenient with my two dogs along. Really enjoyed our stay. Would certainly stay here again.

Perfect quiet beach location!

Clean, comfortable, well stocked & a great location if you want a quiet beach getaway. Beach access via the rock steps was close. Sunsets were lovely. Town is a quick walk. Loved this location!

The property was clean and felt very light and updated! Loved the big windows with the ocean right there! The place does need some attention - toilet by king bedroom needs fixed as well as the fan, dishwasher door is broken, small love seat has a partially broken arm, Master room bed frame squeaks and a big mixing bowl and several dishes were dirty. I would stay again but needs a little care.

The photos of this place doesn’t do it justice. The condo is right on the beach with ocean views out of both oversized sliding glass doors onto a private patio.The kitchen has everything you might need—- and more. Provisions market is on the property— making meals a breeze— with amazing wine selection, pastries, and ready to heat meals. We will definitely come back!

Overall great experience, loved being so close to the beach, pretty dirty upon check in (hair on pillows, sheets not fresh, leftovers in fridge, dirt and trash under beds, smudged and sticky surfaces), normally wouldn’t bother to complain but with kids and an infant it was necessary, easy check in and out, good communication, would stay again

Amazing!

We usually stay in the Neskowin or Lincoln City area when we come to the coast, which is annually and usually multiple times a summer. This is by far one of the best places we’ve stayed. The beach access is a little steep. We have a nine month old it it was a little worrisome getting her old own there but we did ok! Amazing view, great place!

Anniversary Getaway

So. I actually had to cancel my trip do to overbooking, but my wife and her cousin went. They both really enjoyed this place for the location (next to ocean) and the layout of the cottage. The wife said that we are going back to this place next year for our anniversary. I also selected this place because they allow pets, since I didn't go neither did our dog, but to even have that option was awesome.

New to neskowin

It was a lovely place with an amazing view! Unfortunately the toilet was running upon arrival. It was fixed within an hour. It unfortunately, it wasn’t the cleanest place. But the view and location made up for everything. I brought my dog and there wasn’t any information or extra supplies for her (rags for desanding, information about a house outside to rinse her off, and where to place poop bags). Overall, loved the stay (with the exception that neskowin was socked in for 2 days) - the view is amazing from inside and the outside sitting area and the town is quirky and adorable.

Amazing view

The weather wasn't great but the view was wonderful. Very comfortable accommodation. Had some trouble with lockbox but was resolved with manager. The kitchen could use a few more supplies like saran wrap, paper napkins, tablecloth or placemats. Kleenix should be supplied and there was a total of 3 hangers in all of the closets! It would be nice if the rugs near the beds had non-skid bottoms. We do look forward to staying here again.

Beautiful view, basic unit

A gorgeous view of the ocean and a lovely beach to walk on. The unit is small and basic but great for a short stay. Some things are in need of repair- the heater in the bedroom didn’t work nor did the bathroom fan, and we couldn’t get the living room tv to work at all. There aren’t many baking/ cooking dishes (we ended up baking brownies in a frying pan). But, overall it was a nice place to stay with very minor complaints. It was clean and a short walk to the beach- and very very quiet in November, which was lovely!

Beautiful setting

This is a lovely location in a pleasant sweet town. The back was especially comfortable with 4 Adirondack chairs and a bistro table for two. The lawn before the boulders made for especially pleasant evenings. The grounds a well planted and maintained with an on site caretaker. As all coastal property experiences there is rust and some mold in door tracks and dishwasher. The master bed was uncomfortably soft but towels and bathrooms were fresh and clean. Nothing like the roar of the ocean. There are many beach access points down flats boulders or sand gradual walk within 2 blocks. Golf is always a plus in Neskowin and did not disappoint. The town is very dog friendly. We enjoyed drafts after golf and a good pizza at Hawk Crest on our arrival night. I would bring in future more kitchen towels and again bring my electric tea kettle and my own cutting board.

Our favorite place!

I want to say our experience was horrible, so we can keep this a hidden gem, but it was great! This is the second time we have stayed here. The first time, a couple years ago, I got a little food poisoning from a restaurant in Lincoln City and spent two of our 3 days in bed and on the couch. But I remember both being very comfortable! Still are! The place is very clean and all the beds are so comfortable! Interior is fairly updated. No complaints on quality of the furniture, it was all in good shape. We like that the floors are tile and not gross old carpet like some other units we’ve stayed in in the same complex. Plenty of towels and beach towels. The kitchen could use a few more plates and bowls and the knives need a good sharpening. Nothing that really hindered our stay in any way. It’s a great place!

Awesome view…. But could use a deep clean and a few repairs

Pros: awesome view, right on the water. If you brave the large rock steps, you can get right down to the beach. The set up of the place was great with the master suite having an ocean view as well. You can close a sliding door to separate the master bedroom and bath from the rest of the house. That meant the teenagers could stay up late and forage for food without waking the adults. Beds were clean and comfortable. Vacasa supplied large beach towels and treats for the dog. The kids loved the boogie boards. Cons: the towels (and weirdly toilet paper) smelled like cigarette smoke. The rugs were a bit grimy. Lipstick on the glasses (we played it safe and rewashed all the dishes). The only pan was full of chipping Teflon… didn't seem safe to use so we bought one. Oh and the dishwasher was basically falling out… not attached… difficult to open and unload with it almost tipping over. Overall… still 5 stars and a great place for the price… but come prepared with your own cookware, salt and pepper, and maybe even bath towels. Probably TP too… not fun to blow your nose and smell cigarettes… ;)
