    Located a little less than 14 miles north of Lincoln City and 10 miles south of Pacific City, Neskowin is one of the Oregon Coast's hidden gems. The town's limited shopping and dining options make it a great destination for vacationers who just want to relax and unwind in a beautiful coastal hamlet while still being relatively close to entertainment options. Active-minded travelers will find plenty to do in Neskowin. Take a leisurely stroll along the beach toward Proposal Rock; if you continue south past the landmark, keep your eyes out for the 'ghost forest' of ancient tree stumps that occasionally appears nearby when tides are lower. Go for a hike in nearby Cascade Head Nature Preserve, or enjoy a few rounds of golf at Neskowin Beach Golf Course. If the mood strikes, head to Pacific City for a bite to eat, or check out the outlet malls at Lincoln City for some retail therapy.

A perfect A frame in the heart of the Village

Our family has come to Neskowin for over 20 years. This A-frame is situated in the village, but very close to the ocean. It even has a peekaboo view of the ocean from the loft. We had a great time . The house was well stocked and the hot tub, secluded from the street kept us a warm despite the rainy windy weather. We will definitely rent again.

Great little place!

We really enjoyed the house and grounds, the renovations are great!! VRBO and Vacasa both said the heat didn't work and space heaters were provided (I think I saw them in the closet), but the heat came on while we were there so perhaps the listing needs updating? The rugs, under furniture and in lesser used areas, you may want to do a deeper clean, they were fairly dusty. We absolutely adored it, I am only mentioning for tour info 😊

I cannot overstate how beautiful, warm, inviting, and amazing the house was. The three nights we stayed were perfect, and I wish we could have stayed longer. If you are concerned about beach access, it's less than a couple of minutes' walk away, and at the right time of day, you can see the ocean from the loft bedroom. My only caveat for the entire stay is that the stairs to the loft bedroom are not for the faint of heart or for those with a small bladder!

Stormy stay

We stayed over for our birthday weekend. It was king tides and thunderstorms. We are local beach people through and through so we loved how close this property was to the beach. The house was clean and comfortable and as stated before from other reviewers, the loft bedroom stairs are gnarly but the bed was comfortable. We will definitely be back as the neighborhood was adorable and provided a great experience for my little one.

A Perfect Getaway

We loved this adorable A Frame in Neskowin. It was right across the street from a beautiful beach. The neighborhood was beautiful and everyone we met was so kind. Our toddler loved the games and little toys. The home was such a cozy place to come back to each night. Wish we could’ve stayed even longer! The jets in the hot tub weren’t working for us, but we still loved getting in after being cold at the beach. Thanks so much! We hope to be back again sometime soon.

Absolute Perfect

It delivered more than expected. The cedar hot run was amazing and well deserved after long daily walks. Also, despite the kitchen being small is size it was amazingly well stocked with everything you’d have at home (good pans, good knives, and and plenty of bottle openers). The steps to upstairs we very steep, but it’s an A-Frame right? Amazing location and perfect for a getaway from the city.

Nice place to stay if you're looking for seclusion

Nice overall. Inside is well kept. The stairs going to the loft are very steep, my partner and I stayed on the pull out couch because of it. Hot tub was good for soaking, it did not have a jet system and no lights around the tub for after sunset soaking.

Adorable A-Frame in Neskowin

We loved this lovely A-frame! It has comfy beds, Roku TV (with Netflix, etc.), games, and even some legos. A nice bathroom and lovely wood table in the main room. And the best part? It is a less than 5-minute walk to the gorgeous beach! The neighborhood is very peaceful. We loved Neskowin and the A-frame. (Note: as others have mentioned, mind the steep stairs to the loft - not for those with mobility issues.)

Nice and quiet!

We enjoyed our time in Neskowin. It's very quiet and peaceful. It was fun walking through the neighborhood looking at the different houses and landscaping ideas. It was nice having the cafe and Bistro within walking distance also. Being able to walk to the beach was a great plus! The little A frame was just the right size for the two of us even though it does sleep six. Thank you!

Good location with easy beach access, very clean and comfy. No dish washer, but that's fine with us. Great washer & dryer and nice back deck for privacy...the front one is great for people watching.

Quiet and quaint, a beautiful home and location for a beach getaway. The upstairs loft affords views of the ocean, and the big sliding door in front allows for much natural light to stream in and gorgeous views of the sunset.

We loved to lay on the couch with the sliding glass door open. You could hear the ocean and it was very relaxing. The house had all the amenities needed to make the stay wonderful! Will definitely be back!

Nice little A frame house. Close to the beach, only complaint was the lack of kitchen utensils.

Great affordable house to rent. Had a blast with my family. The house is close to the beach and offers a nice space for the kids to play. The stairs to the loft are very steep. Not a big deal, It could be a problem with little ones. We were a little upset with the kitchen utensils. Not very many knifes and simple cooking necessities. A can of Pam and some more knifes and cooking utensils would have been nice. The store in town is very expensive. Be sure to stock up before you go to this house if you plan on cooking your own meals. Other than that we had a very enjoyable stay.

Charming and close to the beach.

Great little house with a short, easy walk to an amazing beach. Very steep stairs up to the loft, not for older people or physically challenged. We shared the space with a few spiders and their eggs but overall were very pleased.
