Sol Nessebar Palace

Sol Nessebar Palace oli muuten ok hotelli all inclusive ruokailuineen, ainut että kaikkea palveluita ei tuohon kuulunut. Lisäksi saunaosasto oli aikansa elänyt ja kuntosalin laitteet jopa vaarallisessa kunnossa. Huoneissa ei ollut moitteen sijaa.

Hotel nie zasluguje na 5*. Jedzenie słabe, brak obsługi kelnerskiej, drinki serwowanw w papierowych kubkach. Pokojowki nie sprzataja a po ich wizycie w pokoju pozostaje na dlugo smrod starego potu. Absolutnie nie polecam tego hotelu. Wstyd, ze Melia jako siec pozwala sobie na tak slaba jakosc.

Fiasko-ferie

Hva skal man med fasiliteter som er stengt? Gratis adgang til badeland og vannsklier som det annonseres for var stengt. Og en pool som holder 17 grader. Hvem fristes av det? Spa med full service står det under hotellfasiliteter. Men etter å ha betalt for å komme inn må man igjen betale for ting man ønsker å ta del i. Vi følte oss lurt. Må også fortelle om sengene som var veldig harde å ligge i, veldig ukomfortable.

Great 7-day Holiday

This was the second time we stayed at a Sol Hotel since we enjoyed our first visit so much. The first time we stayed at Sol Nessebar Mare (which is next door), this time Sol Nessebar Palace. Palace is slightly superior to Mare, but you won't be disappointed with either and you'll have access to the same grounds and services (not restaurants though). Let's be clear; this isn't a 5 star hotel, but for a family orientated all inclusive, you can't get much better. Don't expect fine dining, but expect variety, plenty for the kids to do, easy access to the beach and the staff are incredibly helpful/pleasant. We had a room with a sea view which was very comfortable and everything we needed was easily within reach. You WON'T go hungry at this resort!

Great place

I've stayed in this place for 5 nights, such a great place, super friendly staff,even due to my very late check-in property kept the restaurant open with delicious food and wine. I spent a very pleasant time there.

Great friendly hotel + everything you could want

The hotel is lovely with plenty of lovely food & drinks on the all inclusive the rooms are comfortable & our bed in the family room for 2of us was huge it was 2 queen beds together, the only thing if there is one is that it is a little bit out of the way from anything like shops etc but there are bus stops just out side to go in either direction

Nice hotel on the beach

Would definitely go back to this hotel, good facilities. Only issue being vegetarian was the food labelling, not always correct, you have to check visually for the ingredients esp salads. Staff don't all speak English so can't always answer your question. The beach outside the hotel is a private beach & quite clean though you have to pay for the sunbeds but not necessarily a bad thing as it stops people from reserving them. Would recommend for families.

I stayed in October so not sure if I know how is it is summer season. Over all it is nice place to stay. I liked: hospitality, pools (so many of them), aqua park (even that I was not able to enjoy because I was out of season), perfect wireless everywhere, very clean rooms, nice food and a lot of variety except food for.babies that was missing, nice bus connections - bus station was in front of hotel. I did't like: beach was terrible (don't count on it, except som spaces close to the beach that were dedicated for hotel guests), my room in reservation was "Park view" but from my room you could see the roof of a one floor building and after it a parking place - there was no park at all, pools not so clean, safety box with payment, parking with payment - you stay and pay 5* hotel and they make you pay parking,

Et rigtigt godt familiehotel, men en god All Inclusive. God Wifi dækning, god service og meget renligt og pænt. Desværre var vandlandet lukket ned, da hotellet ikke syntes der var mennesker nok tilstede. Det trak ned på en ellers god oplevelse.

Bad Service + Poor Facilities = Sol-Hotels

If you already have a positiv 5-stars-hotel-experience, you should avoid this place! This is not a hotel, this is a touristic factory. Here a short overview of our (short) 3-days-stay in the Sol-Hotels: - The hotel is placed far away from the UNESCO city of Nessebar - You need car or taxi, if you would like to visit some other places - We came by car. The first we were told by the guard (!) was, that we must pay for the parking. No welcome and no help for the luggage! - The reception was not occupied and we needed to wait - The expected 45m2-big-stay with 2 bedrooms was actually two connected normal rooms - The key-cards failed - The carpets were not clean (hairs everywhere, but not ours!) - The bathrooms were not cleaned, only the towels were changed. Taking a shower flooded the bathroom. Then they turned off the warm water in one of the two bathrooms, so we could use only one of them - The room safe was blocked and we could not use it - The food in the restaurant was poooooooor and horrrrrible. There was also no service! Only buffet with poor cooked meals. All drinks - wine included - came from drink machines. During the meals the cleaning ladies cleaned the floor - just terrible! etc. etc. etc. We strongly recommend you to avoid this place, if you have some expectations!!!

Not 5 stars by far

Hotel is not 5 stars by far: - Looks nice from the outside, but is not well maintained at all; - Could not have a decent shower in the room, water temp was constantly changing from very cold to hot; - Pillows were smelling bad; - Water in all the pools was very cold; Pools were not well maintained (a lot of broken areas); - They presented a lot of restaurants, but in reality it's only the main one which had decent food; - They advertise a sushi bar, but instead all you get is some small and ugly plates of tiny maki rolls; - Narrow beach at the sea, full with mud and very little sand; - My small girl had food poisoning which impacted heavily our whole vacation;

Great vocation!

I love this hotel. The stuff was very friendly and helpful. The pool and the waterpark was awesome. The food was good but the same every day. Kids club and entertainment team was superb, many activities.

NOT A FIVE (or even three or four) STAR RESORT

I was greatly disappointed in the Sol Nessebar Palace and still can't imagine how this hotel can claim to be a five star resort. While the property likes to believe it is five star, the reality is far from it. It seems to be a destination for those on some sort of package holiday. There is nothing charming, memorable, or, in my opinion, enjoyable about this hotel. If given the chance to book again, I would select a smaller 3 star property with great reviews. We only stayed one night (thank heaven or my wife would have killed me), and after we had lunch on property the first day, we opted to go out for dinner that evening. The meals are served in a cafeteria that looked and felt more like by dormitory in college that a vacation resort. Nothing looked appetizing. Nothing. The rooms are dated. The pillows are flat, the mattresses needs to be replaced, the linens are poor, and the carpet was cheap and worn (gross). I do not knock what the Property may provide as many people seemed to be having a great time. My shock and disappointment is that they claim to be five star. They are not and they have far to go to meet the standards of real five star resorts advertised on hotels.com. It is simply not a five star hotel/resort and should not be advertised as such.

Inte mycket att välja ,när det gäller maten. Behövs mer varm rätter.Kommer vatten i rummet från balkongen när det regnar. Golvet blir blott och kalt i rummet.servisen i receptionen måste förbättras en del. Acceptabel hotell ,men inte riktigt nöjd med vistelsen.

Nice hotel for 2-3 days visit

I have stayed in this hotel from 15.10.2014 till 18.10.2014 with my wife and 2 young children The hotel is very nice, big room food is o.k but need improvement and some facilities were not working like the children slides (perhaps because its the low season the Air condition in the room did not work well the indoor swimming pool is not heated although its warmer then the outdoor pool entertainment team (2 persons) did their best but again no much activities staff were friendly

Flott familievennlig hotell i rolige omgivelser

Et rent og pent hotell, flott beliggenhet i et rolig område med stranden like nedenfor. Hotellet er flott med både innendørs og utendørs basseng. Mye god mat og veldig hyggelig betjening. Renholdet er bra, størrelsen på rommene er bra med sengene er veldig harde.

Service a la chaine

Repas tres mauvais, aucunes nourritures regionals, cest la guerre pour trouver une table. Service a la va vite. Douche cassé qui fuit dans toute la salle de bain. Coffre fort payant... Je ne recommande pas cet hotel.

Great deal!

Hotel is great! Very good service, very good variety in foods and drinks! Rooms were very clean and everything was fine! Location is not very central.. But if you want to enjoy the resort it's fantastic!
