”The property is incredibly clean and well planned out. The unit is cozy and perfect for two people. The shower even fit my giant spouse which is unusual as most shower heads are located around his chest region in hotels. Having the full kitchen saved quite a bit of money and it’s nice to be able to cook and store food in the fridge so one doesn’t have to eat out every meal. Check in was easy and the staff were responsive to emails and extremely welcoming.”

”Had a fantastic stay in Rockaway, the place was small but more than enough for myself and my pup. View was amazing and enjoyed my evenings most with the windows open listing to the waves. Place was spotless and had obviously been recently refreshed/cleaned. Bed was comfortable, and I actually spent most of my time on the pull out bed in the main room because I loved the open feeling of the living room. All in all was a great time.”

”Great location for walking anywhere . There was room to park with the boat on the street. Pretty new building with great appliances and a washer/ dryer was a life saver on the rainy days. At the time of stay they only had a hide a bed for couples to sleep together… and everyone knows how hide a beds are. We will stay again!!”

”This little beachtown place to stay is just as pictured. It has everything you need, very comfortable bed and pillows, modern furnishings and a convenient location. ”I really liked staying at the property. It was easy to get to only two blocks off of the main highway. The house was laid out nicely there was plenty of room and we had everything that we needed and it even had a 65 inch TV I was impressed. I have been to Rockaway Beach before and stayed at other places and the location of this house was perfect for me to go to all my favorite places. I would love to stay at this place again.”

”This place a was a comfortable stay for me and my 3 friends. I wouldn't want more than 5 or 6 in this property simply because of there is only 1 full bath. There's paint chipping on the walls in quite a few spots and the couch cushions could use some more padding. The pictures don't reflect any of this, FYI. The beds are firm, so if you don't sleep well on a firm bed, then i wouldn't suggest staying here. Thankfully, that wasn't an issue for us. Overall, it was a comfortable stay. The...

”Got fooled by praising reviews. The breakfast was very plain. The walls are thin so you can hear all your neighbours entering their rooms. Bathroom smelled really bad and there were some pubic hair on the floor. Hopefully maintenance will fix issues with the stink. I have had very pleasant stays on other motels on similar price range and starring but this place I wouldn't recommend to anybody.”
