The 40 m² holiday apartment ‘Fichte’ is located in the basement of the newly built holiday home. The charming apartment, which is 3-star DTV classified, consists of an open living/dining room with a sofa bed for one person and a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 1 bedroom (with one double bed and one single bed) as well as one bathroom with a walk-in shower. The apartment can therefore accommodate up to 3 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a television, a washing machine and a dryer. A highchair, a baby cot and a children’s bed are available upon request. The playground on the property makes this the ideal accommodation for holidays with the kids. A beautiful shared garden with a barbecue is also available for you to enjoy on sunny days. The closest supermarket is an 11-minute walk from the property (850 m) and a selection of restaurants and cafes can be reached by car in approximately 5 minutes. In 20 minutes driving (16.8 km) you will reach the bathing beach of Kressbronn where you can cool down in the wonderful lake. Take advantage of the many leisure opportunities of the Lake Constance region and enjoy an unforgettable holiday.



Parking is available on the property as well as on the street. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Please note that additional costs may be charged locally for additional infants (under 2 years old). Please contact your host family Weber regarding this. The holiday apartments are classified by the German Tourism Association (DTV).
