The house is ideally situated in Neussargues-Moissac, in a very pleasant setting. Nearby, you’ll find a chemist’s, two bakeries, two restaurants, a mini-market, a hardware shop selling fishing tackle, a butcher’s, a bar and tobacconist, and the post office. Ferrand Farm is 10 minutes away, as is the village of Mons de Chalinargues.
Neussargues market takes place on Wednesday mornings, with live music in the summer.

Activities:
A playground and sports ground are opposite the house, and there is a pétanque court nearby.

Ideally situated: 10 minutes from Murat, the Pinatelle massif, Lake Pêcher and Allanche; 25 minutes from Le Lioran and 20 minutes from Saint-Flour.

Plenty of activities nearby: skiing, hiking, mountain biking, waterfalls and cycle rides. The signposted Neussargues–Le Lioran cycle route is marked out in the village. Information leaflets available in the gîte.

Transport:
A car is essential; you can park for free in front of the house or in the private outdoor car park (space for 2–3 vehicles).
Neussargues station is a 15-minute walk away.
