Renovated and redesigned in 2019, the bright apartment features calming colors and offers a spacious living room with a sofa bed (140 cm x 200 cm) and modern flat-screen TV, a well-equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, and a bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and a dryer. You can access the sun terrace directly from the bedroom.



Thanks to the excellent location, a supermarket, bakery, butcher, and bus stop are within 280 m (about a 3-minute walk). The main shopping streets in the city center are just 10 minutes or 1 km away on foot. The Middle Rhine Valley is famous for its romantic ruins, vineyards, and beautiful nature—historic castles, wineries, and scenic hiking trails are only a few kilometers away.



Free parking is available on the street in front of the house. Bicycles and motorcycles can be stored in the courtyard. As the apartment is in a quiet area, we kindly ask you to respect the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 10 p.m., especially when using the terrace.
