- bedroom 6, 3 beds of 90/200 (new bed bases and mattresses)
- 2 shower rooms; 1 totally renovated with walk-in shower and double washbasin and WC and the second with shower tray and single washbasin

## Guest access

During your stay, you will have access to the basement, ground floor and 1st floor of this largely renovated building, as well as to the garden, the latter being divided into 2/3 -1/3.
on the 2nd floor is an apartment of 80 m2 that can accommodate 6 people, the entrance to this apartment is separate from that of the cottage.

3 parking spaces are reserved for this cottage.

upon your arrival and throughout your stay, the manager of our cottage will be present to provide you with information that will facilitate your vacation.

## The neighborhood

the cottage is located in a quiet and very sunny area.
WINTER: departure and return by cross-country skiing, on skis.
Snowshoe walks as far as the eye can see

The Champ Bellet green slope to discover the joys of skiing

SUMMER: marvelous hikes towards the narrow valley, the upper valley, the Col des Thures, the Col de l'Escale directly from your gite.
