”What a beautiful hidden gem!
I used to live in this neighborhood, never knew it was there.
The moment you step in - you are impressed with the design, smell, many details...it is obvious that they spend much thought on everything.
The bed and shower and towels were excellent! very pampering.
Although it's really small and no staff is there, you can chat with them and they answer super quickly and efficiently.

”I was travelling on business and chose this location because it was close. I think this is a nice hotel if you go to the spa and stay for one night but I would not choose it for business.
The room was ok but noisy. They were renovating and this caused some noise, I had to ask every night to shut down a noise coming from next room. There was also noise from the hallway and other rooms. So if you want to sleep, Id choose a hotel, not a spa. Also I had some trouble with breakfast, kitchen opened...

”We arrived at the hotel after mid-night with prepaid rooms. The lady claimed that none of our 4 credit cards work. Finally she managed to put them through "another program" - even then she claimed that problem is with our cards which we'd used and continued to use during the trip without problems.
Next day found bed bug or some other animal in the bath room - see pictures. During the second day the TV did not work for couple of hours despite maintenance guy came to see it. Wi-Fi was poor and...
