”Arrived to being told they were overbooked and did not have the 2 rooms we reserved available then offered basically no solutions. After much conversation, were offered 1 room, never offered to "walk" us to another hotel nor provide a believable reason for why we were able to reserve if the rooms weren't actually avaliable and never notified of the issue until arrival. Manager seemed to not care whatsoever about the inconvenience. We are pretty sure they gave away our rooms to other guests and...

”The hotel is closed completely. We booked in August/paid, and drove in on the 10th. The building was completely locked and dark. Tried calling the hotel directly, and it went straight to answering machine. Had to get a last minute room at another hotel, and they said that Red Roof has been closed for almost a year. In the process of getting a refund from Hotels.com”
