”The room was dirty and disgusting. It smelled like mold and urine. The surroundings didnt feel safe and really can say the only positive thing about the stay was that that the staff was very friendly.”

”Room was clean, well maintained. Staff was nice. Quick and easy check in. Though we asked for recommendations for food and she stated she hadn't eaten at a couple of the places. We had the hot tub room and it was great”

”The room was nice. I didn't know we were on the second floor and had to climb steps. I have trouble with steps and thought everyone would have elevators. The tub was very slippery, I had to wear my crocks to stand in the tub.”

”This hotel is literally a death trap. Black mold on the AC unit and bathroom ceiling. The AC unit stopped cooling the room after about 5 minutes and as an exhausted traveler I decided sleep was more valuable than getting out of bed again to change rooms. A 2 foot drop from the edge of the tub to the bathroom floor. Dead bugs on the lamp shade. Dirty walls and broken fixtures. I'm only 5' 4" and the shower head was mounted so low that I couldn't stand underneath it. It's really a shame because...
