”We would happily give 5 stars to the staff, service, rooms, garden and pool - they are magnificent for a laid-back island holiday. What we drop the one star for is the somewhat incomplete communication. Fundamentally, this is an apartment in a 3-story building. No spa yet. On the night of arrival, the independent Yachtsman Grill closed at 6 pm without a warning. We found that out at 6.15 when we tried to go to dinner. Luckily, there is a nice Indian restaurant less than half a mile down...

”The Golden Rock is a beautiful, low intensity hotel complex, with exceptional gardens. It offers something quite different than other hotels in Nevis. The staff were exceptionally helpful and caring. They also helped to make arrival easy by organizing a seamless transfer from the airport to the water taxi and then to the hotel. Highly recommend”

”Overall our stay at the property and in the Lighthouse was very pleasant and enjoyable. It was very quiet so it was like having a private beach. The Lighthouse is small and quaint as described with amazing views. Having the Chrishi Beach Club (restaurant) on site was very convenient. There are a few other places to eat within walking distance, but the main supermarket requires a cab ride.Although not an issue for some, renters should be aware that the window coverings provide privacy, and...
