”Everyone was very nice but the air unit in our room was sub par and the floors were dirty. In the food side the beds were very comfortable and clean and the bathroom and was area were very clean also”

”Considering they rented me a room with my children and there was shattered glass and a bullet hole through the curtains I have to say the stay was awful. My kids were scared to death to sleep there. I spoke with them and they offered to refund and said they weren’t supposed to rent that room. However still no refund and they denied the request through Expedia. So beware!”

”Room was really clean and cool. Can tell the property is new and there’s nothing wrong with that. Great TV with remote. Nice little balcony area. The music for the bar is loud and runs late but if you’re used to that then you’ll be fine. No mini fridge, coffee maker, or microwave. Those are my only complaints. And it would be cool to have ice available at all times. ”

”New owners, Recently re-opened, completely remodeled interior!! Very nice! Sajeel moon checked us in was super friendly and helpful! Our room was nice, clean. Bed/pillows/linens all new and very comfortable. Coffee maker, microwave, fridge in room. Wish fridge had a freezer. No carpet in room, so sounds traveled from other rooms a bit. I really like the big shampoo/conditioner/soap/lotion dispensers! Breakfast was cold items, awaiting approval to serve hot. Had cereal, yogurt, fruit, juice,...

”Walker in to what looked like a giant bloodstain on the floor icing and birthday candles and ROACHES all over the place it was so bad my 6 year old was scared to go to sleep and kept a shoe in his hand to hit roaches off of the walls and bed the ac barely worked shower was nasty toilet looked like a dog chewed up the seat roaches in the shower roaches in the fridge microwave ever crawling in and out the doors one bed was fine the other was broken and has a giant dip in the mattress for 64$ I...

”Did not felt safe during my stay. Someone knocked at my door two times during the night. Left a day early because of that.”

”Worst customer service I have ever experienced. First room, the tub faucet had steady water leak and bathroom floor was very weak and felt like you would fall through floor when stepped on. We ask for another room and that room was dirty and had no bed coverings. Then we had to ask for another room. We were never given an apology at all at any of the 3 times we had to change rooms - he acted completely bothered and was very rude during the whole experience. I would never recommend this...
