”Breakfast was very poor. Very little was out and then, not very fresh. Walked into the room and had a huge black spider on the bed. I tv didn't work so we called and he came to fix it. We have a son at college so we come often but need to look at another hotel. Paid too much for what we got.”

”The hotel was located on the outskirts of the area I was visiting and offered a very budget-friendly option, which was exactly what I needed. What really stood out, though, was the customer service. The front desk clerk went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed throughout our stay. That level of care made a simple, affordable stay feel much more welcoming and appreciated.”

”Much to my surprise when I arrived I didn't have a microwave or fridge in my room. I have been coming here for 20 years. The front desk also would not allow housekeeping to bring supplies to my room so I had to change clothes and come to the front desk. The room shows it's age in many small ways. The price is very reasonable but it is an aging hotel so you are getting what you pay for.”

”First off, the hotel was under construction(this was never mentioned on the website or Expedia). This included the POOL AND THE GYM! The pool and hot tub were high on our list, so this was a huge let down. Again this was never mentioned. The room was dusty, the furniture archaic, and the lighting was so terrible in the living area of the suite(yes I paid way extra!), all you could do was watch TV. I couldn’t use the couch because it sunk down into a V in the middle! Breakfast was not included in...

My only complaint isn’t just for this Fairfield but all of them collectively…would it kill you to put a comfortable chair in each room? All they ever offer is a very uncomfortable waiting room style chair. How about a cheap recliner? I think Marriott has it in the budget…”
